I am so happy that I found Bloom Health Physiotherapy! I started with physio with Laura who is very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. In fact all physiotherapist at Bloom are amazing! I also decided to join reformer pilates at Bloom Health which I am loving!. Group classes are well structured in a well equipped studio. Bloom Health Physiotherapy studio is well designed and provides many services for womens health and children. Don't let this little gem skim your radar! Must check it out! I feel so blessed that I found Bloom. After decades of seeing other specialists to deal with daily discomfort, Laura and her team have provided me with just the right treatment. Im now addicted to their physio reformer classes as I've gained greater all round strength and pain free days. Everyone is friendly and caring, and the studio is calming, clean and fresh. I can't recommend them high enough.

Laura & the team @ Bloom have done a wonderful job supporting me during pregnancy & post partum for 2 of my babies also with an ongoing back issue. I absolutely loved doing the mum’s & bubs reformer Pilates, getting back into exercise post partum in a safe way, having a wonderful environment where you can bring your baby & meet like minded mum’s.

Personalised care by a professional and highly trained team. Bloom Wellness Centre is immaculately clean and beautifully tranquil. I see Laura for my physiotherapy treatments and visit weekly for Reformer Pilates. I've never felt so good. Highly recommend this studio for all your wellness needs.

Melanie Platt is truly a miracle worker when it comes to sports injuries. In just one session, she managed to 90% fix an ongoing shoulder problem with a combination of massage and dry needling. The other 10% is exercises - which I usually forget to do because my shoulder feels fine. D'oh!!! She is amazing, and the whole Bloom experience is very restorative.

One word....WOW. Laura, Brooke and this amazing team feel like family. From the minute we walked into this clinic we have felt so blessed to have these amazing ladies working with us. They have always gone above and beyond for myself and my son. Always checking in and have his best interest always at heart. It really does mean so much to have amazing people like this in your team. Amy is a brilliant Womens health physio. She is kind, respectful and very knowledgeable! The Clinic is beautiful, clean and conveniently located in the heart of Bundall!

I am finding the Barre classes very beneficial and also really enjoyed the yoga class. The instructors are extremely helpful and friendly and accommodate all fitness levels and ages. The studio is a relaxing and peaceful area with plenty of space - I really look forward to going and highly recommend this studio.
