It was a good experience all round. Frances is a sweet lady. She helped me out by making new dentures for me as my previous dentures that were made by another clinic broke, wasn't fitted right and also wasnt made properly. The ones I have now that Frances made fits perfectly. She explained the process on how dentures are made and iv gain alot of experience from her. I'm really happy with the results.

My mother had been so mistreated at nepean hospital, pulled out all the rest of her teeth and was told about 6 week wait to have dentures measured and fitted she was without teeth/ dentures or able to eat for 3 months. Found Frances through the local community page and from day one was fantastic! Like the old saying “great things comes to those who wait “ and it really does we had multiple fittings to make sure they were fitted and were comfortable in every way (usually my mum has had one fitting and was sent in her way). She has never had such great dentures in all her life. Can’t recommend Frances enough. She does things the proper way that will last a lifetime.

Excellent quality dentures, not overpriced, made with care and Frances ensured that I was happy with my dentures. I am glad I went to her because she really knows her stuff. Frances is super friendly, COVID safe and extremely knowledgeable. I needed a couple of adjustments and it was not a problem for her, she was happy to help me and make sure I was happy with my teeth. I have never been happier !!!! This lady really cares. I came to her with dentures I had to TAKE OUT just to eat , I gave Frances a picture of myself showing how I use to look with my original teeth she asked if she could keep the photo while making my new dentures ( she cared for what I wanted ) when I saw what she made & how they looked in my mouth but even more important how they felt , I just hugged Frances & said I'm so happy happy happy !!!!
