I paid for a compact SUV 5 days $470 excl extra insurance. They gave me a MG ZST, pile of rubbish, felt quite ripped off. Opposite to what Budget brand suggests it stands for, overcharging for cars like this that shouldn’t be on the road. Infotainment screen is extremely slow to respond and difficult to navigate through, got distracted so many times trying to use navigator and Bluetooth options avoiding collisions a few times very scary. Performance wise, this car is a slog and the engine has this noisy annoying tin sound unresponsive to acceleration when traffic lights turn green. In summary, it is very greedy to charge these rates for this type of cars. A 10+ year old Toyota or Ford is a much better alternative
