I recently purchased a Restaurant on the Gold Coast and needed a loan to do so. I approached a couple of the "big" banks, no customer service, no immediate help, no help basically. Then I went and saw Justin at BOQ. What a difference. Justin sat me down and went through everything on the spot with me. Made phone calls in front of me instantly, to find possibilities and everything was done with full transparency. I walked out after 1 meeting with direction, a strong purpose to move forward with the purchase and at total ease with this process.
Justin worked directly with lawyers, Owners, Landlords as well as Franchise Head Office directly. He facilitated the whole sale to ensure it all went smoothly. There was a few hiccups from my part, (nothing to do do with Justin) Justin was totally fine, he contacted me after hours, days off and on weekends.
He totally went the whole 9 yards to ensure everything went to plan. I truthfully have no idea how this purchase could of happened without Justin. He also secured me a loan rate as good as if not lower than the so called "Big Banks.
Overall cannot thank Justin at BOQ enough for his professionalism, dedication and help through this process.

I live in Brisbane (not Gold Coast) but this was a great example of the advantage of having a franchisee who is invested in the branch. Even though I did everything over the phone and email, Justin (franchisee) was readily accessible, took the time to understand our home loan needs and our situation, and tailored a great solution. He was always happy to answer questions patiently, and has been available for follow up support when needed since the loan was established.

Needed another vehicle and went straight back to Justin at BOQ. Already had one car financed through them. Fast turnaround, simple application form and very competitive rate. Would highly recommend for any Equipment Finance needs.
