Westpac Branch Bundall

There were quite a few people in line but the staff worked pretty quick and with a smile. I had my issue sorted in minutes. Definitely better customer service than in other branches I used to go to - they don't exist any more, so I would blame the need to wait in line on the bank, clothing up branches, not the bank workers!

Jeremy was a massive help to me today.
I find the staff to be very friendly to me, maybe I haven’t been affected by the Covid apocalypse 😆, unlike some folks.
Be nice and get the same treatment in return.

The bank didn’t look busy at all but I was turned away for not booking an appointment online. To just set up an account?

Terrible customer service. The lady was rude and apparently you need to set up online in advance because they were "booked out". The bank didn't look busy at all but I was turned away by Karen.

The atm always without fail retinas the funds deposited and does not put into your account.
And then you will have to chase the bank for months or weeks (depending on how quick they feel like doing a thing)to actually give you back what you tried to deposit - your own money. Get new machines!!!! Are you keeping the money? Why isn’t it being allocated correctly and in a timely manner back to those who’ve made these deposits. Instead not only myself but all your other reviewers have to keep chasing for their money. What are you actually doing with these funds?if no one calls to claim them are you keeping them? You are a bank and yet apparently don’t know who’s used the arm to make deposits. Your service is disgraceful and something very untoward is going on with the atm cash

Oh my goodness! If you’re a business go to another bank! A simple business credit card application took 4 months and in the end we told them to stuff it! Imagine you need a business loan!! You’d be doomed!! Stay away!

This is a busy branch but never is there enough staff. Surely with the profit Westpac make they could hire more staff who know what they are doing.

bank manager and staff don’t know what they’re doing - money you organise to transfer out never arrives. Customers be aware and do not use this branch.

When visiting more most things they say they can't help on-site and to call Westpac call centre. Then call centre says go to branch. Visited 3 times to get Debit Card, still never arrived. Visited 4 times to get account on online banking. Can't walk in for service without booking but if you call in advance they don't answer the phone.

5 time go to know the status about bank guarantee cancelation everytime they sad money will arrive next week

Come on Westpac lift your game. I personally bank with ANZ but the boss uses you. Everytime I go to deposit cash only ever 1 lady running the whole front of house. Counted 7 in line today waiting while the pen pushing guys out the back sneak in and out of the side office but not willing to lend a hand on one of the other 5 terminals. 17 minutes to do a deposit. Not good enough.
1 star is too much. The lady at the front gets 5 stars
