Despite previous poor ratings I decided to give this little bakery a go. Glad I did, absolutely delicious and very well priced, the lady on register helpful and friendly. Just wanted a donut but left with a lot more. Thanks

Become regular here. Found the reasonable pastry price and there’s one of the best donut I’ve tried. Realised it’s an Italian bakery. It’s located in the small spot along the Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach. Easy parking and friendly staff. Will be back to try some pies and rolls.

The canoli is still crisp in the early evening when eaten at room temperature, about 2 hours after purchase in the late noon. Recommended 😃

My daughter and I came in for cannoli after a google search. Such friendly staff and owner. The cannoli is the best I've tasted. Melt in your mouth good. Oh and the sweet ricotta pastry is so good also.

Love the Ciabatta (best bread on the Gold Coast)! Donuts! Cannoli! Everything! The staff and Gino are all lovely. It's true the bread is not ready super early in the morning and we say BRAVO to that. We know to walk over at around 11ish and it will be baked fresh for lunch. Gino also makes great birthday cakes and amazing cannoli towers. This place is authentic and delicious. It's unique to the Gold Coast and we highly recommend it.

This has been my local bakery for the past two years and it never disappoints. Bread is fresh and convenient. The pastry are tasty and fresh, and the plain doughnuts are also Vegan.
I read some comments from unhappy customers and I reckon that poor communication is probably the issue.
What is not stated in the shop is that all the bagged bread on the top of the pastry display glass is yesterday's bread, and so are the little pastry trays next to it. You can buy a loaf still perfectly fine bread for 3 bucks.
If you are looking for the bread baked on the day you will find it behind the counter, served by one of the shop assistant.
Also on your left you will find freshly baked and bagged rolls (5 units for $4).
If unsure just ask the shop assistant. Support locals!

We’ve been here several times now. The authenticity and watching the baker create such yummy treats is the best. We’ve had Cannoli, Profiteroles, Sausage Rolls and a few other goodies and every time it’s been delicious! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

I live 125km from GCoast and whenever I go there I try to drop by Pane Organic to pick up some of that trully authentic Italian flavour. I've been in Italy 5 times and this place offers wonderful, delicious, authentic flavours and never fails in transporting me back there.

Every time we drive from Brisbane to the Gold Coast we had to stop by Pane Organico! Authentic Italian bread and pastries and the owner was super friendly. He even offered to make pane Toscana for us the following weekend. We had tasted the best cannoli, best ciabatta and the best profiteroles from here. We love Italy and Italian food and this is par to what we tasted in Italy. Hope this bakery exist for a very long time!

The BEST Strawberry Tart I've ever had, and I've eaten them all around the world. THE BEST. But its bitter-sweet as I'll prob never get to eat one again. So happy I fluked stopping here on our way thru the Gold Coast.

We ordered cannoli for a wedding and we received the best service. They were so fresh and delicious and generous. We would drive to the coast to go to this bakery.

Where do I start on the taste and quality of the cakes at this bakery. You will love the Nutella donuts and you need to try the almond and cinnamon swirl. Always fresh and a massive variety to choose from. You will be addicted after 1 visit.

Best pastries in this area, with good prices. 🤤👌🏽 highly recommend!

Best bakery window on the Coast!

My daughter is obsessed with croissants and theirs is her favourite!! She has them everywhere she goes so she would know :) also they are a very generous size and she loves the fluffy middle!

Only the real Italians will appreciate the pastries.. I’ve eaten many things from this shop and find everything above average in flavour.. Going there now! !!
