We have had our motorhome for just 2 months and thought as it was pre-owned and we didn’t know the service history it would be worth getting a service and check up. Dave, Sharon and the team were fantastic. They let us know they were busy and booked us for a mutually convenient date. The process of dropping off, picking up and paying was seamless. It needed some work so they booked us in and again went very smoothly. Dave even gave us a follow up call a few days later. Good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend I Service Vans.

Being from Vic I had no idea where to have my Mercedes Sprinter motorhome serviced. I searched on the MS Facebook book and I Service Vans had some good reviews. I was not disappointed- Dave was very professional and courteous with great knowledge of Mercedes. The service was done promptly with some advice on a follow up job. I am absolutely over the moon with the advice, help and service I've received from I Service Vans. Being a 50s+ female and in that terrible group of people who don't have accommodation security I need a trustworthy, knowledge and customer focused Mercedes specialist business to look after my van, so if worst comes to worst, and I can't afford to keep renting, I have somewhere safe that is Roadworthy and in good condition to live in.

Exceptional service from I Service Vans in Molendinar! Our motorhome encountered a breakdown over the Easter long weekend, but despite the holiday, the team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Their communication was great throughout the whole process, they quickly rectified our problem and had us back on the road in no time.

You know you found truly honest and reliable people when just for a routine service and they Jack the van up and they tell you all these things that are wrong and you wonder how on earth you passed a roadworthy with a Mercedes dealership.! don’t go anywhere else. These guys are amazing and the reason you can get your vans in quick is not because they have no business! It’s because they only do vans so you can get in quicker than a normal place that just does cars and they are on it as far as making sure you get the best parts and service to fix any issues. Had trouble with my power steering for my Ford transit. These guys were the only ones willing to squeeze me in to get me back on the road. My transit is still under warranty but they told me I would have to wait, mid November. Ford didn’t care I was stranded or even living in my van, which could have put my self in trouble. I have been taking my Fiat Ducato based motorhome to I Service Vans for a number of years now and I am completely delighted with the service provided to my pride and joy. Don is the "go to " mechanic for van log book servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on the Gold Coast. I regularly direct other Fiat Ducato owners to I Service Vans when I am asked along the way, on my travels. I do this without hesitation. Don't be held to ransom by Dealer high prices and indifferent service. Just go to Don.

Don at I Service Vans is a Legend !! He just serviced my Mum’s Renault Master van and did an amazing thorough job checking it over completely and making sure everything is working as it should. His work is impeccable and he cares that his clients vehicles are working perfectly.
