Absolutely the best service from Jordan - he is extremely professional and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I needed to transfer all the information from my Laptop to a new computer yesterday. It didn't take long at all and when the new computer was plugged in it worked like a charm and I haven't had a single issue. The team here are amazing. We had an urgent repair needed. From first contact over the phone to in store diagnostics I experienced friendly and informative communications. Needed some help fixing my two laptops, and the guy who served me was super nice and helpful. We discussed some options, but in the end decided I’m probably best to buy a new computer/screen. Will definitely use them in future if I need any assistance.

Gold Coast PC Repairs in Welch St, Southport - very knowledgeable and obliging gentleman on the morning of 22/9/2023. He helped me with memory for a dual-boot system, the RAM worked perfectly and it was all a success. Would definitely recommend.

Wow fantastic service today. Friendly efficient from Jordan. I was amazed to see all the Marvel characters on the walls. The knock out factor was the computer built with Doctor Strange theme. There are many PC Repairs shops but why go past such a fun place. There is a Ghostbusters ghost as you enter which is probably saying Who you gonna call?

My mac is running slow so I called Gold Coast PC Repairs and spoke to Jordan. I explained my concerns and he gave me a number of solutions regarding repair and maintenance of my mac. I asked if it would be better to look at buying a new mac. Instead of trying to talk me into repairing the current mac or buying something from his business, he walked me through a number of other options that did not include repair and that would suit my needs. He did not pressure me for sales, he gave me his time and an honest opinion of the best solutions for my needs. This is best type of customer service because now I know when I do need to repair my computer, I know exactly where to go.

During a very busy work day my computer wigged out. Called pc repairs who said I could bring it straight in. He looked at it immediately, free of charge and I was out the door in ten minutes to finish my days work. Will definitely use in future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
