CrossFit Haapu

I was lucky enough to spend 4 months training at Haapu with Renee while on the Gold Coast for work. I've trained at a lot of gyms in Australia. Haapu is hands down the best. The programming is spot on. Clear trajectory and goals explained & implemented for maximum results. Renee is the master at giving little bits of advice to improve technique & performance. Breaking down each movement. Technique before weight! It was a nice change to soo many other gyms. I learnt more and saw more improvement during my 4 months at Haapu than my 10yrs of CrossFit.
The members welcomed me & made me feel like family from the beginning, even supporting a fundraising cause close to my heart with a WOD after only training there a month.
I just wished I lived closer!

If you are into to workout, looking to gain muscles and challenge your self every week, I totally recommend CrossFit, and Haapu is the right place for all that.

I came here for a free consultation. Although I ultimately did not join, that was purely a function of convenience, I am just a little further then I'd like to be away. Owner is absolute pure distilled crossfit and while box may seem small it is entirely functional. I watched crossfit games just after, could have gone back and done their indoor workouts here if I wanted 😂
