They're all about sales; not about service.
I went to these people to have them adjust my hearing aids to my hearing ability, or lack thereof. The Manager was very pleasant, but the audiologist, Mauritz, was condescending and arrogant, making it clear to me that because I hadn't purchased the devices from them, he wasn't interested in the job.
I had to go back again the next day to have them adjusted as the result had been very unsatisfactory. He tried to charge me another $178.
He had tested my hearing ability in his office, not in a sound-proof cubicle. It seems they don't have one.
A week later, I had this task performed by a different audiologist at her private practice. This time it was in a sound-proof cubicle and the result was great. I can now hear much better than I have ever been able to hear since my need for hearing devices. I paid just $95 for exceptional service.
I wouldn't recommend Bay Audio to anyone. I believe that these franchised outlets all follow the same business model. Profit comes first.
