Was served here on Saturday 23rd of April at about 1pm. The woman who served me made what I thought would be a pretty bland, ‘in and out’ experience, just awesome! She was helpful, extremely friendly and took the time to speak to each customer with her full care and attention! Employee of the month for sure!

I have been served twice by the gentlemen (I think his name is Dan - tall guy with a beard) . You can tell he is a genuinely good guy who provides great customer service. Would recommend this store purely because of him.

Jo is awesome, friendly and very helpful she is why I constantly go back, I once made a mistake and went to Southport Park liquorland very disappointed so now I only go to Australia Fair.

I would imagine I just experienced the same woman as previously reviewed. Please train your staff. At 34 years of age I was refused service for not having the physical copy of my ID on me. Considering NSW licenses are now digital, this is a joke. Will not be returning.

Agree with the other similar review, I think it was the same woman. Very poor attitude, terrible in fact, and absolutely no clue about customer service. Won't be returning to this outlet based on this experience. Never had a problem before with any other staff here. This staff member is really detrimental to the business. I believe she may also be racist. Obnoxious and deliberately difficult to deal with for no reason at all. Memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. I can no longer support this business in any way. Blatantly Incompetent Terrible Cash Handler. Beyond belief.

Poor customer service, i have ever seen. A lady named Gina was serving, firstly she gave me the bottle which was not on discount, whereas i have specifically asked for special priced one, was very rude; no greetings at all. I would refrain myself from going there.
