You were so professional from our first conversation, to booking two individual units from my father’s estate, through the storage at your facility, to the ongoing payment process, all made incredibly easy for me. A big thank you for arranging and organising the disposal of all the damaged and uncollected items that were destroyed and left by the first unit’s recipient, sadly they were our Dad’s lifelong possessions and can never be replaced. Great service, hard workers, everything went smoothly ... Cheap modular storage rates, but for only a bit more its worth getting the professionals to come and load and unpack at each end ... Would have taken a month of Sunday's without them. Cheers

Moving is such a hassle in itself , but with the professionalism and awesome support of Kel and the team from Elite it was very hassle free . Nothing was ever a problem , all my belongings were kept very safe and dry . I would recommend Elite to anyone and everyone .

I am principal of New Tweed Coast Real Estate Group in Kingscliff. I have just used Elite Container Storage to store the possessions of an overseas client who owns a beachfront home in Casuarina The owner of Elite Storage made a special trip to the home to determine how many containers would be needed. He then liaised with the owner in London who had specific requirements on the handling of some of her valuable items. He then gave special instructions to the removalists on the way items were to be handled and personally supervised the loading of the items into containers. I have never had this type of personalised service before. Thank you, to you and your team. Your service was amazing.

Great facility with 24/7 access and quality security. The place has been kept clean and tidy for the 3 years I've been dealing with the business and the staff have always been courteous.
