As a health practitioner, working in the mental health space, supporting people with eating and exercise disorders (of which I've lived experience), I look for instructors who focus on whole health, rather than the harmful approach of trying to motivate through appearance; 'bikini body ready', etc.

Roz welcomes with a warm smile, understanding bodies at different ages and stages, goes the extra mile to help with adjustments for injuries and all abilities.

As a seasoned hot yogi, I've returned after a 5 year hiatus, with adjusted goals of holistic strength, mobility and fitness, as I approach menopause, & after only 3 weeks, I have less aches and pains, better range of motion, more energy, better quality sleep, improved mood & most importantly the desire to continue practicing!

Beautiful new yoga studio with a range of classes for every level. Welcoming, inclusive vibe. No attitude. You’ll sweat but hey, you’re not there for a haircut!

Roz and Drew are super friendly and welcoming and you will get a very good workout in their brand new studio, my husband and I had never done Yoga before so this was very new and they made us feel very comfortable even showing alternative moves to accommodate our inflexibility haha, highly recommend this studio.

This place....the peaceful atmosphere is one thing, however the passion, gentleness and empowerment that Roz, Drew and Ros engulf you in is something magical!

I am not a yoga person but Roz and her team made me feel so included and have helped and encouraged me. I look forward to my classes every week. I am more flexible, my lower back pain has dramatically improved and so has my sleep. If you are looking for a beautiful studio where you dont feel judged or uncoordinated this is the place for you 🤩

Feel like a heaven doing yoga at Fierce Grace after work. Highly recommend it. Really good stretching in a hot room after a long day. As a hairdresser, we need hot yoga to relax and to recover from our tough job!

The Sunday Yoga In class at 4pm held by Roz is amazing. Great class to seal off the week, unwind your body, esp lower back and mind. Beautiful new studio.
