Kitchen Connection

Very professional business. They renovated my kitchen 12 months ago.
Admittedly they are not the cheapest, but don't be disheartened by the price, there quality of work is amazing. I wanted a custom built kitchen that met my needs and Kitchen Connection did a great job.
This last week I needed a warranty repair on my oven and the process was seamless and efficient. The repair took 4 days from when I logged the warranty.
Great job. Highly recommend.

Kitchen Connection were terrific to deal with. The process and communication was thorough and clear from start to finish. The tradespeople they use are first rate and we could not fault their professionalism and workmanship.

From walking in to the showroom, til the completion of my kitchen, I have nothing but praise for kitchen connection Ashmore. I just want to thank Claire in the showroom , Josiah my designer, Andrew my kitchen manager, Dean the showroom manager and all the trades people.They were all fantastic, professional and did everything to a high standard. I'm in love with my kitchen and could not thank you all enough. My kitchen and appliances were delivered on time and the trades people all called or texted to confirm beforehand. Everything was done on schedule which took the stress out of worrying. I highly reccommend Kitchen Connection Ashmore 💕

Happy with majority of the installation but far from the custom design I was hoping for. After sales service for additional open shelf was ridiculous expensive. Caesarstone benchtop was installed with minor scratch. Supplied details and drawings for dishwasher and still supplied incorrectly. Detailed information could not be provided before installation and drawings provided were inaccurate.

Ange was great, polite and approachable... but the old lady is abrupt and rude. Avoid her and you will get good service.

NOT recommended highly! The lady at Ashmore showroom misguide us about the discounts on cabinets, but it does not show the same in the contract. Services is very unprofessional, and Kitchen Connection does not care whether or not their trades can do a good job or not, all they care is you sign the contract and pay the money and left you out to dry. We waited for our new kitchen to deliver for months and when they are ready to install the cabinets, the cabinets maker left the house without doing a proper builder's clean and he had some panels damaged and it was still not replaced. The cabinets are delivered with marks and stickers residuals on them. The plumbing came in our house and have trouble putting the sink in properly, and we are still waiting for him to come back and fix it. We had our old kitchen took out and the installation is supposed to finished two weeks ago and we are still not be able to use the new kitchen properly. And we pay for the kitchen in full upfront. We contacted our customer manager to follow up the issues left to be fixed, but only to find out he does not work there anymore. But no one from Kitchen Connection has told us and no one is following up with us. We paid more than $30,000 for a kitchen upfront (this is without the trades) and we do not even get a proper service.

The lady in store was gentle speaking when she said most of the kitchens start at about $12,500. When the designer rocked up in a fancy suit without samples and without a measuring tape, and announced his kitchens were at least $20,000 for a 6 square Meter space., We knew we went to the wrong store. That didn't even include floors!

Was okay until I paid. company who built the cupboards delivered on time but it was weeks before the cabinet maker installed - my house became a workplace health and safety issue - and i was on crutches - it was a large kitchen and the cupboards were on the floor from entry, all through the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
After about 8 months or so the last cupboard door was installed. i'm still waiting for the pantry cornice to be done (after 12 months).
Don't expect phone calls, emails, texts to be returned.
I tried contacting senior personnel but no return call. Don't expect a clean up. I re purposed the original kitchen cupboards and the rubbish removal from that was small but with a huge cost $400 - the same price I later paid for a 6 mt skip to take the remaining rubbish away. Cost escalated significantly due to "what isn't included in the cost". The administrative staff were friendly, professional and helpful and I'm sure the non-communication and non-return calls etc. do not reflect their roles

We were happy at the initial consultation & design process. All went downhill from the day installation started. We asked both the installation contractor & manager on separate occasions that we wanted to keep a section of the old cabinetry, they were fine with this but for whatever reason it got demolished. The manager said he would replace the cabinets but would also ring the installation contractor because "he needs to personally share the cost of his mistake". After the kitchen was completed we were told via text msg we would be charged an extra $500 for the replacement cabinetry and was this okay. Obviously we said no and that they need to sort it out. That was a week ago and we have not heard from the company since. There were other small mistakes and irritants, most were fixed and others we just left because we were simply just exhausted in dealing with this company.

The manager never bothers to return calls so you simply don't have anyone to address your questions or concerns. I do not like giving negative reviews however we are just so disappointed with the lack of professionalism & service.

Had them out for a quote, he dented my wall with one of his samples and did not offer to fix. Told him straight up that i would not be making decision today, then the guys would not leave trying the pressure selling techniques of the 80's.
They tried to tell me the "coupon" for a discount (that was filled out and dated in the showroom) would expire today and what a great deal it was.
I finally got them to leave and told them to call me in afternoon after speaking to my partner but they never rung.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Quote for 1200w x 600d laminex benchtop + laminex 1 underbench oven unit + 1 cupboard with door (no drawers) $7,000-$8,000. Not viable can get stainless steel for that, response "yes but stainless steel rusts". I get you don't want the business but seriously !!
