Emergency visit yesterday while on holidays from Sydney due to a faulty Sat Nav SD card. Despite arriving near closing time, the team were very accomodating and resolved my issue quickly, with a smile! Helen, Dylan, Dan were amazing. Highly experienced with a can do customer first attitude. Highly recommended. Well done to the entire team at Southport Mazda Service!

Professional and efficient service! The staff patiently explain every detail of the service to you. My car is back in brand new condition after maintenance and everything runs silky smooth. The waiting area is very clean and spacious with free coffee and wifi, I could stay here all day.

Dropped my car off to get serviced today and I booked the mini bus transport service but wasn’t able to use it as I had two kids in car seats still, so instead they kindy dropped me off to work in my car and then returned the car back to me once my service was completed. I've had nothing but consistently excellent car servicing from Southport Mazda. For me, who works behind a laptop, the waiting area is a huge value-add and exceeded my expectations. Given the quality of service and customer experience, I'm very happy to drive 90 minutes each way from Northern NSW to get my two Mazdas routinely serviced here, rather than places closer to home. Kudos to Southport Mazda!

I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman called Guy. He was professional and friendly and I felt as though I was in safe hands. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced in the waiting area and the atmosphere was fresh and clean. There was free tea and coffee and plenty of comfortable seating. I am happy to recommend this dealer if you require servicing for your vehicle!

What a sensational waiting area. 2 kids play areas. A TV. Free wifi. Lots of separate comfortable seating and a great coffee/tea kitchen area. Free mini water bottles. Well stocked drink and snack machine. I was only there for a free repair due to a Mazda recall. The staff were amazingly friendly and very efficient. Would recommend this place to anyone who has a Mazda. So well run...very customer service orientated.

The best Mazda Service Centre I have been to. Felt welcome the moment I arrived and the servicemen went above and beyond. I would specifically like to thank Allivia and Matt (I think it's Matt, the very knowledgeable mechanic) and will definitely be coming back for my next service.

Had 120k service done today. Tom and the team where absolute all stars throughout the entire process. Never walked away from a Mazda feeling mindblown by communication, professionalism, management, customer service all, out of the ball park, across the carpark and into the sunset. Outstanding!

I don't often give reviews.. however Southport Mazda's service was absolutely outstanding..
It makes me feel my decision to buy a Mazda a good one.. From arriving being offered a bottle of water to what loan car I would like!
I almost forgot I was doing the mundane task of getting the car serviced..
