The pastries were pre-ordered and ready for pick up at Bestore over in Mitchell. All packed perfectly with care - every piece was presented beautifully and smelt amazing. Most importantly they all tasted so delicious. When I visited Gillspatisserie’s Instagram account, and saw the behind the scene story/preparation - I felt blessed to have shared a part of their family journey. I can sell/taste/see Gill put so much love in his creations.

10/10 recommend to try Gil’s pastries - I will definitely come back time and time again to try everything on the menu!

The kimchi french toast was delicious, all the food was delicious.

The staff were friendly and you could have lunch, a pastry and a drink for less than $20. That's getting pretty rare.

Finding Gill's Patisserie has been an absolute treat! I first came across them due to word of mouth and was enticed by the amazing looking pastries (works of art) in the display and they taste even better than they look... I try to get something different each time and I have never been disappointed. Everything I have tried has been delicious, flavorful, and so well made. I'm so happy Gill now have a shop in Fyshwick. I look forward to getting a new treat every time! (Although they have all been worth repeating!)

Great place for a quiet coffee or meal. No parking problems at all like some places in Fyshwick.

In my opinion this is the best cafe In Canberra. Excellent coffee and fresh as cakes and pastries. Very friendly service as well.

AMAZING kimchi stirato bread with a nice chewy texture and interesting spicy aftertaste from the kimchi. Extremely tasty when toasted with some smashed avocado spread on top. Highly recommend 🙏

Love this place... The staff are friendly and accommodating; the food is always high quality, fresh and delicious, and; their coffee is excellent. Gills is a hidden gem.

We love the kimchi bread, cream brulee, portuguese tart, kronuts, carrot gateau etc...all fresh made. Delicious!!

Big coffee, with a warm 🥐. Everything served with a smile. Safe covid standards observed and a sunny aspect outside. Well worth it.
