I couldn’t give any higher stars than 5 and thank you so much for helping me choose my dress. Everyone is so kind and helpful and it’s kinda ease my mind from the stress in choosing my dress being a plus size girl myself. We got a little mishap on the delivery but the staffs helped me to get the dress on time so I can do some alterations. Thank you Jeannette and team for being so amazing and helpful throughout the fitting. So definitely recommend you to try this store if you’re looking for plus size formal dresses

Had the best experience was a little nervous that I wouldn't find the right dress with so little time. So I flew from Harvey Bay Qld due to only one shop here. To find my perfect dress. Jeanette & her team was amazing although she was there by herself she was running back n forth between me & another customer.
She made me feel at ease. Which made finding my dress alot easier.
Yes I'm pretty sure she knows its a stressful time for all us brides & Jeanette & her team tries her best to work with us in helping us to find our perfect dress.

I would like to generally thank the team (two exceptional ladies) who work at Ferarri Formalwear and Bridal for their general work ethics and assistance with all enquiries for my brother's wedding. It really was an awesome night and we appreciate the service that was provided to us.

I cannot even express in words how special these ladies made me feel today, I called them explaining my emotions over buyers remorse from a dress I put a deposit on only two days prior at a completely different boutique and they went over and beyond to understand my feelings and ensure that the dress they had in stock that I originally wanted was in fact there and held it for me until I came in, I cried many happy tears and the lady who served me Heidi, was so kind and encouraging of me to have my full bride moment when I felt I needed to hold it in. They let my maid oh of honour and i to run around and let our emotions out while celebrating the dress. These ladies are wonderful, attentive and kind and I am so happy I went with my heart and returned to the gown I was always destined to wear. Thankyou Thankyou ❤❤❤❤

I cannot praise the team enough - in particular, Jeanette - who always greeted us with the warmest welcome, and went over and above to help us bring our vision to life! We got a range of gorgeous dresses for our Groomsmaids, as well as our suits from Jeanette, and all of them were perfect in every way! First bridal shop to visit and it was the best experience. Top place to go in Penrith for dress shopping, by far. I had an incredible appointment with the staff who were accomodating, thoughtful, respectful and supportive. Great choice of dresses too. Would highly recommend!

My partner and I decided to hire his suit for our wedding day and were truly blown away with the service we received, my partner is quite tall and they happily altered the suit to ensure that it fit him beautifully. They made the whole process extremely easy and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to try on bridal gowns here on the weekend. From booking to walking out having put something on layby I cannot fault the customer service. We had an amazing experience. Our budget was understood and respected, I gave our sales assistant full license to pick out what she thought would work for me and she did an amazing job. She was kind, she listened to my thoughts and wishes as well as my mums and sisters.

I booked in with Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal Penrith to try on wedding gowns. I was greeted by Stephanie, she made our entire experience better than I could have ever imagined. She was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She was able to pick dresses that suited my body shape and paired them with beautiful belts and veils easily. She made us all feel comfortable with her bright and calming personality. It only took an hour for me to choose my dress and I credit this to her impeccable assistance and skill. Their designer dresses are of the highest quality and affordable prices. I left a very happy bride-to-be and I highly recommend this service. Thank you Stephanie, you are truly amazing at your job!

My fiance and I along with 2 kids under 5 went to this shop to look for hubby to be Suit.We were greeted with a warm and friendly hello by Tenika. WE arrived half an hour before our appointment but she didn't make us wait and attended to our needs right away. We didn't feel pressured into trying anything on we didn't want to and Tanika gave us honest advice as to what would work and what wouldn't. WE couldn't afford to pay the 50% deposit that day and we weren't judged for that, which was great. So we will be back this week to buy everything we couldn't buy on Friday. If you go here. Make sure Tanika is working.

The employee there helped me alot and helped me found a dress that I felt comfortable in! It was easy and they helped me alot, and made me feel comfortable when I was there. The dress was a reasonable price and I love it so much!! Definitely recommend

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, the ladies went above and beyond to assist my daughter in purchasing her formal dress. The range here is beautiful and the shop is lovely. Highly recommended!

I have had no problems at this store, wonderful service. There was no pressure from the staff on payments for my dress, all friendly and the dress is a perfect fit. :) Would recommend it
