Great staff. Easy to drop into been coming here for years.

I've got an extensive medical hx including childhood cancer, the late affects from that and a bunch of other health issues. I absolutely love the staff at this pharmacy, Kyle is excellent and we all adore him in this family, as we do the other beautiful people who really do care to help you no matter what it is. They're absolutely priceless. We have been going on and off for a few years and now completely transferred to here. They are happy to help with any problem any question.

Great Chemist! All the staff are extremely friendly every visit. The wait times for scripts are always minimal and the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have to say thanks to Mr Kyle manning , he is very nice and really helpful to call everywhere to help my boy find his prescription medication , really appreciate him and he did really good for his job ! Thanks him so much ;)

I called yesterday morning looking for a specific product as I can't find it available in my area.
Staff who answered had a lovely phone manner and assisted in a prompt manner.
I was transferred through to a female staff member (I can't remember her name) who kindly gathered some additional products I wanted to purchase as I was paying over the phone and sending my mother in.
I briefly explained that I am a healthcare worker who is unwell and have been unable to get tested for covid for the last 4 days due to testing sites being closed by 11am as people are lined up from 5am, they have reduced staff and are overwhelmed with people requiring testing. The staff member was genuine in her approach with me she took the time to speak with me and not rush me off the phone. I genuinely appreciate the Customer Service.
When my mother arrived to my area I opened the bag to discover a tube of QV cream (which I use for my child) and a turmeric oral spray )which I love) along with a little note that read "feel better soon. Love the Pharmacy4Less Broadmeadow Team".
I am absolutely blown away by this beautiful gesture. I sincerely want to thank the amazing staff member who done this as well as the whole team. At a time of uncertainty due to the high level of infection spreading rapidly it's comforting to know that there are still genuine people trying to help one another.
Let's spread the love and be kind just like the staff at Pharmacy4Less.

Good service but the hours on the weekend are not enough they need to stay open Saturday and Sunday till at least 4pm because people rely on them.

Usually have found it to be great but today I waited for over an hour for 2 prescriptions. Not happy at all.

Retail staff think they are doctors. Appalling behaviour.

Horrible experience, could have filled the script faster myself.
