What a lovely little restaurant. Very attentive service and delicious food. The steak was cooked to perfection.

The kids enjoyed their chicken nuggets and chips.

The ribs and burgers looked amazing and I will definitely go back to try them.

Place looks inviting, with enjoyable background music. Food was really good! Chips well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Steak good size and cooked exactly medium rare. Daughter loved beef ribs and salad, husband finally walked away full and loved the meat lovers burger. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic food at Grill @ Gordon. Bought the burger and rib platter on their website for delivery and it arrived on time. The ribs had good smoke flavour, extremely tender and were very tasty. The burgers were juicy and were good sized. The meal also contained fries which were crispy and two soft drinks. The meal costed $50 and was good value. Will order from here again.

Get a steak throw on some ribs and/or some prawns.

So order what you'd like for great taste and value. Order the share grill plate and/or the desserts, for Instagram photos.

The food is not so Instagram friendly but is very tastebud friendly. So bring an appetite and the love of crispy crunchy chips.

Best chicken burger my son has ever hand he tells me.

My double wagyu burger, as seen in one of the photos, is ridiculously thick and tasty.

Ribs and chicken wings also excellent.

We shall be going back soon.

Delicious BBQ style food. Got the ribs and Burger platter. The pork ribs were juicy, perfectly cooked and sauced to perfection. The burgers had a nice smokehouse flavour. Very impressed, keep up the good work.

The service here is great and food is great too.

My only suggestion: you have triangles of feta cheese with bruschetta, whilst it may look good, all you can taste is the feta. It may save you money to look at other ways of serving this, it can be presented well if crumbled and also taste better. It wasn’t bruschetta to me with the triangles because all I tasted was feta. You probably could have used one triangle for the whole dish (crumbled of course)

Awesome ribs, extremely tender and flavoursome. The Wagyu beef burger cheeseburger was also good. The chips was crunchy and plentiful. Wish we could get some of that rib source for the chips.

So a group of friends and I came here to try the food out on recommendation, and the first thing I noted was the ambience. It's a small store by the main road with slightly dated but nostalgic ambience with jazz playing in the back with tables set and ready for customers, almost throwing me back to what feels like an imaginary visit to Nan's place. It's homely, warm and inviting albeit for reminders to check in due to Covid procedures.

The menu was a nice spread of various grill items which include seafood and steaks. We went for entrees including garlic bread, salt and pepper calamari and prawns on a stick. I did not take pictures of these, but the prawns were absolutely divine; juicy and flavourful, not dry at all which you'd expect from grilling. The garlic bread was alright, could use a bit more garlic but it was crisp and dense. We all ordered our own mains comprising of pork cutlet, sirloin with mushroom sauce, tenderloin and rib eye with ribs combo, all of which done to medium rareness except for the pork which was done according to chef's recommendation.

I did not try the pork cutlet or the sirloin but my friends said it was really good, and I will try to elaborate why they may have said that. The tenderloin I had was a smaller portion as it is a valued cut of beef, and it was done exactly how i wanted it; tender, barely any effort to cut through with a knife, a nice sear on the outside while remaining juicy and soft inside. The taste was really amazing and I felt very satisfied due to how well seasoned and cooked the steak was. Gary, the owner of this establishment, confirms that all steaks in the house are dry aged, so there is a notable slight funkiness (the good savoury kind!) which one expects from such process. In his sharing about the products sold in the store, this tells me just how much effort and attention goes into the steak before me, and the results speak for itself.

I also had a taste of my partner's rib-eye. Normally I would not enjoy the fatty parts since the texture is rubbery, but the piece I was given melted in my mouth. It was just such a pleasant experience that i almost envied my partner's choice.

As for the sides provided, all steaks come with very nice chips, not soggy or over/under seasoned, and a salad with a sort of balsamic seasoning. I normally pay little attention to salads, but something about the balsamic seasoning was just different from the typical balsamic seasoning. I might have to ask Gary about that sometime.

Overall, it was a really good dining experience. Service was very friendly and welcoming, the pricing is what one would expect of a grill house, food took a little while but no orders were forgotten or missed which suggests all meals were cooked to order. My only gripe is that the place is a little small, because such a place should have a wider access so more people can enjoy the food here. Would I be back? Absolutely. And I will strongly recommend Grill @ Gordon to my friends if they are looking for such grill experiences.

Gary (restaurant’s owner) graciously received us and set us up at a wonderful spot. We ordered the seafood platter and it was fabulously grilled. Salmon was nicely grilled and the chips were crispy! Gary strongly recommend the steak and ribs as they are made from a secret recipe and we were so fortunately to get a taster of the succulent pork rib. After tasting the ribs, we are committed to come here again to try their steak and ribs. 5 stars to everyone in Grill @ Gordon!

Far and away the best steak I've eaten in a long time. 
I had a ribeye (blue) with a side of lamb ribs, and my colleague had the sirloin (medium rare). 
Gary and his team gave us a fantastic meal and a great night out.

This is a great place, with a nice atmosphere and great food. Their main focus are steaks but we had the seafood grill which we loved. Started with a bruscetta which was yummy and by the time we finished the mains we were to full for dessert. Another lovely feature is they don't charge corkage, very rare these days. We are looking forward to our next visit.

What a find!!! The best steak I have had in ages. And the mash potatoes...........heavenly. I will be back.

So went here this evening and found the atmosphere was welcoming, the food fantastic and the prices fair, all in all a great place to dine.

Excellent barramundi that disappeared in seconds. Great chips. The rib steak had an aroma that declared how delicious it was before even taking the first bite.

Don’t be fooled by the slightly aged interior and hand painted walls. These people know how to cook a heck of a mean steak and beautiful ribs. Top that with nice chunky chips and a no-nonsense salad and you have a meal that can rival even the most snotty steak restaurant that will gouge your money and time just to deliver a less satisfactory result.

Best steak I've had out in a very long time. Cooked to perfection, tender and so tasty. The chicken wings were also excellent. Gary and his wife are excellent hosts and really add to the wonderful dining experience. Awesome food and awesome service- highly recommend!! We'll be back for sure.

Amazing night out! The staff are so lovely and attentive. The special sauce on the wings is a must and the fish was cooked perfectly.

Our meals were delicious. We had the rump and rib combo. The basting on the steak is gorgeous and the ribs were beautiful! Cheesy toast to start was great too. Left feeling super full and satisfied. Kids were happy with their burgers, chips and drinks. Service was top notch- very impressed. Will definitely come back and will be recommending this venue to friends for sure!

Staff have always been polite and the pork ribs and chips are amazing.
