Rude, dismissive and completely disrespectful! DO NOT GO HERE!
My GP emailed them my prescription after a phone consult. I called them the following day to confirm they’d received it and was advised they needed to order this medication and to call back.
I called back three days later and they advised they weren’t able to provide the medication because they no longer accept prescriptions via email, and only accept e scripts now.
When questioned about why this wasn’t brought to my attention earlier, and why they advised me they were ordering the medication if they obviously weren’t, the woman simply said, her son told her so.
I asked to speak with someone else, or a manager and she said she was the business owner and there was no one else to talk to.
Not only was she extremely rude and dismissive, she genuinely couldn’t care less and advised me to get my prescription filled elsewhere.
Extremely disappointed that this is how you choose to run your business with such little regard for customers.

Disgusting service!! My daughter visited the pharmacy to ask for ventolin for three family members only to be hassled as to why she needed it. All my family members suffer from asthma and during covid we definitely wont be sharing ventolin puffers. She was told no only one is allowed. I then called the pharmacy to question this ridiculous rule and ask why my daughter was treated like a criminal only to be spoken to very inconsideratly and rude. DO NOT VISIT THIS PHARMACY!!!! THEY HAVE NOT ONE OUNCE OF DECENCY WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHAME ON YOU, THIS IS HOW IM TREATED AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING YOUR CUSTOMER 😡
