Supercheap Auto Liverpool

I needed to change one of my headlights. I went to Liverpool Isaac was able to install the light bulb in less than 10 minutes. He is very young and polite young gentleman. I can’t thank him enough.

I went to other store and expert guy couldn’t figure out how to change it and he went inside and said he has short staff and need 30-40 min to change that so told me to come back next day.

But trainee Isaac change it less than 10 minutes. Well done Isaac I’m sure you will become a very professional and expert in what you doing.

He needs to get rewarded. He’s really a true gentleman to assist customers.

Five Star for the service and the assistance I received from Mr.Mile , I went there looking for just the tape and wd40 ,Mr.Mile was really helpful and even talked me through the benefits of membership,I happily agreed to such good reward system and signed up for membership.Great customer service,always leaves you wanting to come back for more .

Fantastic customer service by Isaac at SupaCheap Auto, Liverpool store. Assisted me with return product (Century car battery). Instead of easy way out of refunding the item, he offered to price match the equivalent product at Battery World (Yuasa car battery). Quick and fast service by Isaac. He even got Gerald to bring the Century car battery out to the front Return desk. Going above & beyond in terms of customer service. Well done & top marks to Isaac & SupaCheap Auto Liverpool!!

The staff were very friendly and apologetic just because had to wait a couple of minutes. Recommend the store to anybody wanting friendly service.

I had to ask where to find and what best to use for my situation; floor staff took me to the right sections, then while at the registers, I ask for an other product, the young lady took me in person to the other section for more items .. also invited me to register and was very friendly..

Staff are so helpful! I walked in knowing nothing about what battery I needed for my car and walked out knowing so much. They priced matched and gave such a great deal and even offered to fit the battery in for me! Thanks guys!

Many parking spots to the side of the store, Went in and was helped straight away by a staff member, got what I needed straight away and left the store... I was in and out of the store within 5min... Perfect. Staff were very friendly and will be back for sure... Store was extremely tidy and clean... Price was great as their was a 40% special on that day...

Went to get replacement wiper blades for my friends Toyota Yaris ...

Was able to get them installed as well ...
