We were the first customers to walk in on New Year's Day... feel privileged! Helpful staff that was patient while my mum and I ummmed and arrred over the choices available. Bought a computer desk, chair and buffet. Wish they had the lamps we wanted but alas, no stock.

The service at this branch is great. The gallery is a decent size and has a nice array of what’s online. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Staff went out of their way to assist and offer alternatives and solutions. Very satisfied every time I leave here with a purchase.

I had a problem with my online order, and Asama tried her best to help me even when she didn’t work for the online department. Though the problem has yet been fixed, but I thank her deeply, she was extremely professional and patient.

Excellent from start to finish. Went into the Croydon store to check out the sofa, and the lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They beat their estimated delivery time by a few months (was est. 6mo due to COVID) which was great. Had a minor administrative error with the delivery date but the Croydon staff helped me fix that with no issues. Delivery staff arrived early at my place and were dedicated and professional - at first they had difficulty getting it through the door (tight space) but the delivery guys got the job done with care. Would recommend this place and will probably buy more furniture from them in future - their range is massive and they sell some real high quality pieces of all different kinds.

My partner and I only spent 20 minutes in here thanks to the help of Anthony. Walked out with a new mattress and frame, and even when we had a hiccup with one of the products, Anthony was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks for your great help!

Yesterday morning between 10 am and noon I had occasion to visit this showroom and was more than impressed with the service and efficiency of the staff, in particular Stephen.
The items that I had come to purchase were not in stock at Burwood and Stephen rang another branch found what I was looking for and arranged for it to be delivered to me. All paper work and payments were effected at Burwood and I was advised that I could expect delivery of my goods today (Friday).
They arrived around 10 am, in perfect order.

The best customer service I've ever experienced in Australia. Ordered a dining table set and had to have a part replaced. It just took a single phone call and the part was replaced within a day. Absolutely fantastic!

My partner and I are very happy with the level of customer service from Fantastic Furniture Burwood. The first lounge we bought was faulty, however they replaced it without any hesitation and also helped repair some of our other Furniture at no extra cost. We have visited the store a few times.

The very first time we were there, they were almost closing but did not force us to leave soon or anything. Indeed, they waited after the business hours until we finished looking around.
We later, purchased a few items, changed a couple of items, and again purchased some other items in another go.
I have rarely seen any stuff this much friendly, helpful and professional. Hence, the next time we decide to purchase any other furniture, this store will be the very first place to consider.
