Vintage Cellars Balmain

After searching everywhere for my favourite wine I saw it at Our Cellars in Balmain (I live in Qld) so friendly was the service from the young man on the phone and my wine was delivered within a few days interstate!!
Thank you 🙏🏻 Our Cellars we know where to get our wine in future (my husband’s a red fan) and we’re from Sydney. So glad I don’t have to order from some unknown source online!! Amazing 10/10 💃

We went to Vintage Cellars last night and came out saying what lovely service Zac gave us - so friendly and personable. Good friendly service is less frequent these days so it was good to see a young guy enthusiastically serve customers!

Thank you to all the great customers I met during my time at Vintage Cellars, Balmain. Great local bottle shop with extensive range of local and international wines. Spring has arrived and so has the latest craft beers, ciders and ready to drink spirit mixed drinks. Snacks, soft drinks, mixer drinks available to. Friendly and helpful staff. Vintage Cellars is starting to look very good .Dr Dan is starting get weary ,staff invisible or not interested gaping holes in stock ,missing for weeks ,met with ,where’s your stock ? I dunno …

Nowadays, customer service/satisfaction is a core of any business success; however, it needs to be improved in this shop. Customers tend to be valued when they spend money in the business; the lowest gratitude a business can present toward a customer is a smile and being pleasant.

Unpleasant staff and poor service. There are at least 2 other bottle shops literally less than a minute away in the same street. I will simply go to those from now on.

Don’t buy here they are opps they know what they did
