I want to thank James at the Vodafone store in Balmain for being so helpful at every point whilst purchasing and trading in my old phone. James was super efficient, kind and helpful and just really recommend that if you are a Vodafone customer in the area that you pop in store for a visit. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to technology but when I came in looking for a new phone Noah helped me out with the most delightful and kind help I have ever received at a store like this. I couldn't possibly express how pleased I am with the customer service in one review and I will be highly recommending this store to any of my friends and family in the future and urge people to check it out!

I have to say, my customer experience today was great from start to finish. James was working by himself and was with a customer when I walked it and gave me the courtesy in saying it will be about a 10 minute wait until I could be served.

I could tell he had been under the pump all day and he looked a bit stressed but once he freed up to serve me he got me into a new plan and a new phone very promptly. He even went out of his way to set up my new phone which took some extra time.

Old school customer service is hard to come by, so I recommend visiting James for any of your phone needs 👍🏻

His customer service skills are incredible; and he beautifully handled a busy store (very hot, multiple customers, and phone ringing off the hook) - making sure that everyone received a salutation. My daughter had her mobile phone stolen on her second day of a European holiday. As she originally purchased her phone at fonelife, I rang James to enquire about organising an urgent replacement sim and then followed up with a visit to his shop. James could not have been more helpful. He took a great deal of time to assist me and was very patient with all my questions.

At such a stressful time, I was so grateful to have James sort the situation for us so willingly and efficiently. I could not recommend James and fonelilfe highly enough.

James and his team are the epitome of client service excellence. I have never experienced such genuine, consistent, capable and attentive responsiveness. Their knowledge and efficiency are also second to none. James even provided assistance when I was having trouble shooting technical issues outside of my mobile phone plan with Vodafone. I cannot rate James and his team highly enough. If you live in Balmain there is nowhere else you should go for telecoms support, service and plans.

I’ve been with Vodafone for 16 years and 12 of those years I’ve had the wonderful expertise and knowledge of James helping me every step of the way. His advice and kindness has been nothing short of excellent. It makes my drive from the Sutherland Shire to Balmain definitely worth the trip to have him help me out with whatever my need my be. Do yourself a favour and get in there to not only see him but his staff are wonderful too.

I am SO happy with the level of service given by James and his team. The staff have good knowledge of appropriate plans and provide outstanding after sales service which most phone shops wont. The staff are friendly and have stayed back after closing hours a numerous amount of times. I definitely wont go to any other phone shop !
