The team have been managing my mum's until for over 15 years and we have found everyone to be incredibly professional - from the excellent advertising campaigns to attract the right tenant match, the timeliness of alerting us to any issues or maintenance requirements to expertise to guide on matters. I have been using Schwarz Real Estate to manage my investment property for many years. I have been exceptionally happy with their service throughout this time. Recently I renovated my house, a difficult project at the best of times, but next to impossible during the COVID-19 lock down. Hannah Carney from Schwarz Real Estate went truly above and beyond to help me. I could not have completed the renovation without her assistance. Not only that, but Hannah was able to secure a great tenant for my property on a 2 year lease. We purchased a property thrugh Schwartz RE a couple month ago and I must say both my husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism and integrity, both Steve and Cranston worked with us thrugh the whole process.
Without being overzealous, but confident and respectful, they have worked with ourselves and the vendor to achieve a great outcome for both parties. Very accommodating with numerous requests for inspections, managing the tenants and assisting us with easy access to the property for trades and builders.
Steve is very knowledgeable of the area backed up with years of experience in the field as well as in the property development side of things. He has given us some valuable guidance in terms of future potential and things to consider for the redevelopment of the property.

Great Experience & Friendly Staff!
The Schwarz team were great to deal with throughout our experience inspecting and applying for our new property. Being interstate when we found, inspected (via photos) and applied for the property, the team were great in helping us view the property in person once we returned to Sydney - the process was seamless! We found an amazing home with their help and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Fantastic agent when coming to leasing out my property. Super proactive, detailed and friendly service and well managed for 5 years.

They sold my unit during the pandemic boom, and Cranston managed this with limited input from me as I was dealing with a family emergency and almost pulled it, but Cranston managed well without me. Price was good, on reflection could have made more, but crazy times 🤷‍♂

Maybe not best to rate on sale experience as was impacted with other events during the sales process (discovered our child had cancer - she’s recovered now), but to manage your property as a rental, couldn’t recommend higher
