Highly recommend Ecodownunder. I wanted to buy some environmentally friendly comfortable bed sheets and a topper.

Having done extensive research online (including using Choice magazine ) I settled on buying from Ecodownunder. There was a miss communication with one of the products I bought online.

Their customer service is exceptional. All emails I sent were replied within the hour and I was given a full refund the same day; no questions asked.

Very happy with the other items I bought.

Very disappointing service. I bought a doona cover and discovered it had no 'care' instructions, when I got home. Easy fix: phone the shop. No, all I got was go online and find the instructions there. Premium product, no so the service.
