Sale of my Freshwater Unit
I have known James for many years, initially as an agent and later as a friend. He has both sold and rented property on my behalf and has always gone above and beyond my expectations.

The previous property he sold for me was a real challenge (I knew it would be) because it was an "outside the box" property but not only did he achieve the sale price I was hoping for but managed to obtain considerably more. That was about 10 years ago.

Since then, James's company, SEA, with his wonderful team, has managed my Freshwater investment unit as a rental and has done a remarkable job.
