First of all I would like to thank the team for providing quality service every time. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Physiotherapist is knowledgeable and skillful. The professional advice and service I received has helped reduced my body pain and strengthened my muscles to minimize further injuries. I felt valued and that the staff genuinely wanted to help. I would highly recommend their service.

Saw PT Belinda Lam with 2 herniated discs in cervical spine and immediate improvement after first session . Fifth and feeling great . She did tremendous job and receptionist staff very friendly also and free with their lollies 😁. Highly recommend

Active therapy Liverpool has been a great experience for me and my family as it is always our place to go when needed. I was having pain in my arm and neck and was feeling very devastated, but thankfully Mitch was able to bring the pain to a much better and comfortable level where I was able to go back to my normal daily tasks!

Andy Khuu and Jeffrey Siu are such great therapists! They are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They helped with my bulging disc injury, focusing on my exercises to improve my core strength and proper lifting techniques. They were very helpful and patient. Highly recommended them.

Location is easy to get to, either park in Westfield, or park along Elizabeth Street. Mitch knows his stuff, is patient and works with me to figure out the root of the issue. Provides good explanation to his treatment. Would definitely recommend Activ Therapy for sports related injuries!

I had a workplace injury and was treated by physio practitioner Gary. He was very experienced, helpful and gentle. The progression was great. I had visited active care before as well- easy to book and reschedule and helpful.receptionist.

Have booked my 14 yr old daughter for a sports message which helps her in preparation to big swim meets. Domenica is absolutely fantastic. My daughter leaves feeling better and totally relaxed. Highly recommended!

I have a lodge disc so I’ve been in pain from my back and left leg and since going to physio with Dr Jeffrey and chiropractor with Dr he are amazing! They do a great job with everything and I can see a massive difference already

Been here on two occasions for different issues and the staff are wonderful and work miracles. At the moment I'm seeing Belinda for my neck pain and she's done a lot to fix it, without her I wouldn't have recovered as fast as just leaving it on its own to heal up. Coming to Mitch initially for chronic back pain, he has worked wonders with my back. I had suffered a long time with back issues until Mitch came highly recommended to me & he certainly lived up to the recommendation..professional and took the time to assess, provide the right treatment and exercises to get me mobile again and pain free.
