I rang AlyzzK boutique to see if they still had stock of the shoes I fell in love with on their website. Excited that they had a pair in my size I asked if they would hold them for me as I was unable to visit the shop for a few days. Alyce was so gorgeous over the phone.. she suggested that she could send them out to me that afternoon. They arrived the next day beautifully packaged and perfect !! Thank you Alyce, not only do you have fabulous range of fashion your personal service is so refreshing!!

An absolute delight to shop here! Alyce and her team go above and beyond for all customers! So happy to see a shop offering beautiful designer pieces for all women! Wonderful, personalised customer service. I ordered a dress from Alyzz K just before Christmas and Alyce was lovely enough to upgrade me to express shipping for free so it would arrive in time to wear on Christmas Day! There was even a beautiful handwritten note in with my dress. Thank you Alyce for your 10/10 service!

Love this store! Purchased a couple things online and the customer service was so great, was so helpful when I needed to just exchange a few things for a different size! Will defiantly keep shopping here!

My daughter and I love visiting Alyce and Elizabeth in the boutique. They've always got something for both my daughter and myself and the customer service experience is fabulous. Do not purchase from this brand incredibly unprofessional, is not up to date with consumer laws around refunds. Taking money from customers in such hard times is so disappointing.
