What an incredibly easy and efficient way to replace the cushions on my very loved day bed. Christine was lovely, very helpful and the whole process was fantastic. I will be getting other cushions done as it really has changed the whole look of the daybed from drab to fabulous

Fantastic experience with Cushion Factory from start to finish. Great website where you'll find all the colours and prints to choose from which made it very easy when it came time for my online consultation, I already had colour and print schemes in mind and I didn't need to travel anywhere did the session via video conference. The cost is very reasonable given everything is custom made and I really liked the live production timeline updates which I could myself. The quality of the products are wonderful and will last a long time. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Loved having the convenience of having new custom made cushions delivered straight to my door in rural NSW. The results are of impressive quality and the regular communication throughout the making process till delivery was appreciated; especially during the Christmas period. Very happy with the result. The colour and pattern is just perfect. I’m actually glad the other fabric I was looking at was not available, as I think this Warwick Yasawa Hibiscus fabric actually looks better than how the other one would have looked.
The quality of the fabric and the sewing looks and feels high grade and very professional.
Also not to mention, delivery was a lot sooner than expected. Can’t argue with that.

Can I say what a pleasure it was to deal with the Cushion Factory. I am so happy with the 2 banquet cushions I had made. The fabric was exactly as per the sample they sent me, cost was good, and timeline of delivery was excellent. They were most efficient. I would highly recommend this company. We have an older plastic wicker weave three piece setting that is structurally sound but the cushions had seen better days; impossible to buy similar replacements, so I decided to replace them with colourful and durable cushions…couldn’t be happier with the quality of the new cushions and would recommend the Cushion Factory for anyone looking for a quality replacement cushion

I ordered replacement cushions for my outdoor setting online. I found the interactive website easy to navigate. I found the colour palette to be accurate. I was nervous about getting the measurements right! After ordering and paying online the customer service team were fantastic reaching out to me to confirm my order and I also sent through a photo of the setting for reference. The cushions were actually completed two weeks ahead of schedule and the delivery was easy and when promised. One small issue and not Cushion Factory's issue is I forgot one measurement, so now I have the missing cushion on order. I highly recommend cushion factory - my outdoor setting looks so much better than when I originally purchased it and I am hoping that the outdoor fabric and outdoor quick dry cushions will last for a long time. Our new cushions have made such a difference to the comfort level of our daybeds. The fabric colour is amazing and we love that we can leave them outside 24/7. Fast turnaround and quality workmanship. Nice one :)

Our cushions have just arrived and they look fantastic! The quality is excellent and everything is just as I had hoped. The Sydney showroom team were very helpful too in helping me design and choose the look I was after ... So incredibly easy to deal with, I had customised cushions made for my cane outdoor chairs because my Mother complained the chairs were too uncomfortable on her bottom :)
The consultants at Cushion Factory were incredibly prompt with their responses, the colour samples online were very high quality and close to the live colour, and, best of all, updates during the creation process made a huge difference.
I have included a photograph, I think it's a work in progress, and the chairs need some lovely bright lumbar cushions now.

Staff at The Cushion Factory made it very easy to order a cushion. I went in to store not really sure of what I wanted. I was able to chose the thickness and colour very easily. They have a great selection of swatches. I am very happy with my selection. Unfortunately, it arrived in ripped packaging and dirty on one side from the delivery company.

Hi. Just received the new mattress and cover for my daybed. The Factory were great to deal with- giving me great suggestions and supplying a really great product. Highly recommend them.

High quality bench seat and they update you every step of the manufacturing process. I would recommend asking for samples before ordering. Mine wasn’t quite the colour I was expecting but it was still nice looking.
