Netty. Was. Here. One of our family favourites is this little gem. Want something more traditional (than western style Chinese) come here. Phone ahead the day prior and pre order what you like.. lobster that’s a bit spicy and sour.. they will cater to you. Just tell them what you like. Or order one of the many dishes off the menu. You won’t be disappointed! Always satisfied & love spending time here with my family.

Great place for a dinner with friends or family. We were a large group of 11 and had a wonderful time. Food was amazing - especially the green beans and pork mince - as usual (we’ve been here a few times) and the service was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Price is very reasonable so that’s why we’ll keep coming back. Parking on a week night is also really easy and very accessible. Highly recommend.

Total surprise with this restaurant. The food is great and not pricy. Plenty of free parking and comfy seating. You must try the soup (one of the attached - Hong Kong Style borscht soup). It is the best. If you can read Chinese, ask to join their wechat group to receive daily/weekly special.

Fantastic, authentic Chinese food. Wonderful for celebrations or just for a nice meal.

We’ve been here twice recently- once lunch and once dinner. The food was good at both occasions, authentic taste of HONG KONG. I am most impressed by the beef brisket noodle soup on the lunch menu- the brisket is full of flavour and tender, it’s even hard to find a place as good in Hong Kong. Unfortunately this item is on a rotating menu so is not available everyday.
In terms of service, I wasn’t expecting 5- star hotel service so I actually found them ok. They might be a bit blunt, but certainly not rude- and this also makes the whole experience more authentic because Hong Kong people do talk like that.

First time dining in this restaurant. It's highly recommended by friends, so we booked and tried on a Saturday night.
12 people: we ordered the Crab + 4 dishes of your choice set menu and also added 4 more dishes from the menu.
Everything came out in a decent size, and it was more than enough for everyone.
The quality of the food was in a high standard.
I will definitely come back and also recommend to more friends.

Delicious food, I am a regular here for a few months now. They never fail to disappoint! I love the salted shredded chicken. If you want to order crab or lobster, you have to pre-order but it’s absolutely worth it! The meat on the lobster is so tender and juicy, perfectly made! Will be coming again very soon! 😋

this restaurant has delicious food, it is very clean and tidy , and the service there is very good , the price is reasonable . We have a great night in there .

Best family cantonese restaurant in upper north shore. Different to those in Chatswood, it's much easy to access Silk Dining. The atmosphere is good. The food quality is excellent. The freebies borscht soup is a classic. We had the Crab with rice noodles and Mutton Casserole, very well made. Though you need to check with staff rather the ingredient is fresh or not because the turnover of seafood etc is less for Silk Dining when compare to those in Chatswood. Overall a great authentic Cantonese local shop.

Brilliant, delightful and authentic Chinese. Service is prompt and vigorous. Has a great suburban vibe Fri/Sat with a real buzz that quickly becomes more peaceful after around 7.45pm. Overall it's great fun and you should go now. Do it now!

Love coming here / getting take away from here. Always friendly service and very accommodating to adjustments when needed. Delicious food. Slightly on the pricier side for Chinese but worth every penny. Highly recommend the diced beef with wasabi mayonnaise! My go to dish every time!

This is a very tasty and convenient restaurant! Easy parking, the food is so delicious and the service is very good! We really appreciate the manager Tom’s kind help! He is a very professional and dedicated manager,always quickly provide guests with timely service! Tom provided us with the best menu suggestions according to our dietary needs. It makes us feel convenient and comfortable! Highly recommended ~~~~!

Huge selection of dishes and large portions. I like that they stagger the servings and not just dump everything into the centre at once. It’s pricey here, but I personally rate the quality highly

Nice restaurant:) we ordered mapo tofu, slow cooked ox tail in clay pot and silk seafood fried rice. The food was cooked to perfection. The waiting staffs were very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Highly recommended to those who love Chinese cuisine^_^

We have been here 3 times now and every time the manager has been very helpful and attentive. The food is excellent and of a higher level, we love it and don't find it overpriced. Some staff could do with a bit of extra training but nothing major. Hope to make it our regular local!
