Daniel in electrical was one of the best I’ve ever come across in retail! We went into the store open to suggestions with not much of an idea what we wanted. A true professional at his job! he knew everything you needed to know about every product we looked at.

I had a great experience with Harvey Norman Lake Haven. Purchased an item which stopped working a month later. I called the company who made the product, at first they were keen to help me and sent out a person to repair it. It could not be fixed on the day as parts will need to be ordered, which will take at least 3 weeks to come in. I asked for the product to be replaced they said no and was very rude about it. In desperation I called Harvey Normans Lake Haven and spoke to Jamie and his assistant Dominic. Within days they sorted the issue and replace my product. Thank you Jamie and Dominic for going that extra mile.

Staff very helpful, ordered 2x 3 seater leather sofa which arrived next day in the morning, both delivery guys nice and polite, unpacked, placed items where we needed them and took all packaging away. Can highly recommend.

I've been buying from here for about 15 years and have never had an issue. Great team, great service, great prices and all warranties are backed up. Even if it's out of warranty they will make an effort to help you fix it. 5 stars

I bought a dishwasher and got shown a brand that I never thought of but it had all the great qualities and got it under our budget. Would highly recommend the store and will definitely be back

A great range of products to suit all tastes and budgets. We were furniture shopping, very helpful staff smiling and helpful and happy to let you look. We had spoken to Phillip Gettens on the phone a day earlier, he remembered the conversation and the price so we chose our fabric and paid the deposit. Made in Melbourne so now we wait for our friends at the factory. Wonderful service and attention to detail. Thank you.
