ALDI

needed to purchase 5 gift cards for work. came into the store and there was some sort of error that occurred on the system. no one's fault but it must of been faulty perhaps expired gift cards. the team member who assisted me was patient and helpful. the assistant store manager came to check out and helped out the team member as well. excellent customer service from both members. my only advice to check all the gift cards before putting it on the shelf. :)

I shop at Aldi in the Bass Hill shopping centre. I have to say two of the staff are the best on the check out counter ie Norah and Josh who are very helpful & greet you with a friendly smile which makes me want to keep going back. So l do. Cheers to them.

Visited this store and was pleasantly surprised. Layout of store was very orderly. Very tidy and alot of stock. Large variety of clearance stock. Checkout lines move quickly. Staff polite and helpful

Love coming here.There is a guy called Nick and every time I go he is always polite and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem, he always goes above and beyond what I expect and will always go out of his way to help me regardless of how busy it is. The other staff aren't helpful at all and are quite rude and dismissive to be honest.

Always excited to visit aldi, the store itself is always clean fresh welcoming, the staff are friendly and always there on hand to help you out, I just love how you get to know and taste the different types of food from around the world that aldi present's each week , aldi is the best, I hope they never ever change their style, it suits me and my family, I will never shop anywhere else except for aldi.

It was a good experience all up. The store was clean and stock up. I had to realise that Aldi is really cheaper than Woolworth.

We when when today my husband brought meat there he loves the price it's good value and meat tastes so nice cook with aldi fresh vegetables for dinner so and buy value for meat and fresh chicken and every things need for your family's
