We could not have wished for a better outcome. Adams team are professional and communication was 110% the entire time. Adam and Jason's experience with the local 2234 market was superior to competitor agents, nothing was rushed or pressured. Selling our family home was and emotional experience with many Highs and Lows , some with tears... Adam and Jason were there to support the emotions and settle the nerves. Every interaction we have had with One Agency has been great. As a first time renter, they were able to help us secure the property we looked at. It was exactly as it was advertised and the contract was very thorough and specific which left no grey area of responsibility at all. Communications are always answered quickly, including the hot water system problem which was rectified on the day we notified the problem.
I believe it will be very hard to find a better team to rent from.

I can't recommend Lene Mitchell, Adam Wylie and One Agency highly enough. They kept us informed at all times and were available any time we needed to talk. They went out of their way to get us the best price they could.
They have integrity and were always professional . They work together as a team and are all very involved in the process of selling.
