Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Primary School

IHM is an excellent school and I definitely recommend it. This school is always positive. The teachers are very encouraging and kind and our school has a wonderful community. Our lovely teachers always make sure that we are ok everyday.The teacher supplies stationery every year. Our school also has many special events where you go to mass or even Harmony Day where you can dress up in your cultural outfits. We also have many fun activities for you to participate in which are sport activities (basketball, soccer), choir and many more.

Oh, I know this awesome school called Immaculate Heart Of Mary It's not your typical school, it's more like a cool of learning! The teachers there are so passionate and creative, always finding unique ways to make learning fun and exciting. They encourage students to think outside the box and embrace their individual skills. It's like having a fun with all your with education.The teachers show a special way of encouraging students to learn. They may be some students who don’t listen but that doesn’t affect everyone as long as you are positive in learning in Immaculate Heart Of Mary.

At IHM, they believe that every student has their own special spot, . They celebrate diversity and encourage students to explore their interests and talents. Whether it's through art, music, sports, or academics, this school provides endless opportunities for students to shine and be their best selves. It's a place where you can truly be yourself and feel supported by a community that's as unique , positive and smart at the same time. I recommend IHM for parents or caregivers looking for schools for children in years K-6 .

As a retired Adviser for Sydney Catholic Schools and a Grand parent of a child in IHM 2024 I am proud to say this Catholic School is an exceptional school. It is a highly multicultural school both in terms of Staff and students. This I am sure has challenges for Teaching and Learning. However the acceptance is easily seen if you sit and watch the children skipping happily to the Bathrooms or the front Office. I will NOT post photographs here as this would contravene the privacy of students and the school policy. Again if you sit outside or visit the school and it's classrooms or attend Friday Afternoon assembly you will witness how gently spoken the Teachers are to the students and the respect, values and manners shared across the School Campus.
Naplan scores are not the measure of a school they are mere indicators of where students are on their journey of Learning. To my wife and I we have no hesitation in saying that this Catholic Primary School rates as one of the best in Sydney.

Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) is AMAZING. Teachers and students are always encouraging and kind towards their peers. They are always safe and sensible towards each other and help one another throughout the year. This school holds many events as well as going to mass on special occasions. They learn a lot in all subjects and supply you with all equipment and stationery.

Ihm is a pleasant and educational school. Staff are welcoming and friendly towards everyone and students are responsible and respectful. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% RECOMMEND GOING THERE. No.1 Best catholic school in Sydney.

Our school at IHM at Sefton is like belonging to a friendly,caring and supportive family.Someone is always there help solve any little problems for you be it teachers,parents or fellow grandparents.Meeting up at school drop off and pickup is the highlight of our day.Got to love our school community.

An outstanding school with a clear understanding of the wellbeing needs of the students and families they work with. IHM offers students the support and encourges the delivery of learning.

I am currently entering year six here and it's a genuinely good school even with most of the teachers being nice.the only real problems I have with going here is that even though I'm not any form of Christian Im still forced to attend and partake I'm their ceremonies and cultures and that the teachers don't really help In cases of bullying Me and my friends are going through from this one girl,choosing to side with her and blame us for the problems and emotional damage she causes and won't let us be.other than that,it's a decent school and I've enjoyed going here for the past 6-7 years

Sucked. A lot of bullying before I moved. Even though some previous ratings hate year 6 they were fine for me. They even helped with my bullying. I like the school I went to after IHM Canley Vale Public School I recommend sending your children there instead.
