Woolworths Toongabbie

It's a great place do your shopping, the staff are friendly always smiling.

One of the few Woolworth stores with easy multiple access points)vehicle or pedestrian).
A dedicated underground parking (watch height limit, AC unit at entry. Watch the entry here, it is right next to a private driveway, easily confused but doesn't diminished its rating.
Off roundabout 1st driveway.
Going towards roundabout, (slightly narrow 2 way road, 2nd driveway).
On other side, 1hr spaces either side of pedestrian crossing, if just ducking in to grab something you missed. The store looks full range (def not like some of the metro types with limited fresh food areas).

This is not a review of the store but the relentless incredible customer service I see one employee give time and time again. Her name is sibelle and she always always goes above and beyond. If ur older she will carry you bags to the register if u seem like u ate struggling. I have seen h3r help out older people who were visibly confused abd frustrated qnd walked them through every last step of the day. Not only thst but no matter how busy she is she always always finds a way to do more. If there was a higher rating system she would still get beyond a perfect score. Head office should hire her to train all staff at every store.

Good amount of stock and often uncrowded. A lift opposite makes the underground carpark easily accessible.

Find everything you need and at a reasonable pricing. Fruits and vegetables are good quality, fresh. They have some good half price specials every week. Great rewards program where you can save lots of money.

Very well stocked Woolies, kind staff especially one of the staff named Daniel who was stocking the shelves, he was extremely helpful and a kind young man.

this Woolworths is great; the floor area may be smaller than other Woolworths as it used to be FOOD FOR LESS many years ago. all the necessary items are available.
Fantastic staff dedicated to their duty organized by the management what has to be done before the deadline. and always busy carrying out their job what has to be done.
as I entered the self, check out section saw one poor staff from a standing position bent down in an arch toward the floor with a tiny hand brush and a small hand-held pan and brushing the floor, collecting the rubbish in her tiny pan.
I thought oh, this is a back-breaking job.
The best part was that the staff was smiling.

I wish management had given the staff a long handle brush and pan to scoop the spill without straining the lower back.

2021-02-04 Thursday evening.
This is about Woolworths employees at Toongabbie.
His name is Jason iesrlno or something like that.
I was in Toongabbie Woolworths this Evening around 7 pm.
I finished all my shopping and thought since I have few items
I could go through the self-checkout.
as there is always a staff attending, and as always, I was expecting to hear
CASH OR CARD – CASH OR CARD – CASH OR CARD - CASH OR CARD ---Can I take the basket If you are finished,
It seems even when they go to bed; this sentence must be embedded in their brain to say
Cash or card AS THEY HAVE TO REPEAT it tomorrow of never or ever.
By the time I left, I must have heard more than 20 to 30 times why 20 or so, maybe because I am as slow as I have to talk to the computer - yes thank you and so on and on that the following checkout kiosk people must be wondering whether I am crazy.
This evening, it was different.
Each customer who came in,
Jason welcomed them with the EYE CONTACT AND A SMILE. “I observed whether they responded or not; it did not dishearten him.
He just continued to welcome them with a FRESH SMILE.
It was a refreshing feeling for after-work shoppers.
I said to Jason
Young man, if you continue with this attitude,
That is what Woolworth's Management requires from
– People like you,
Thanks, Woolworths.
Look after your new budding star. They will be the pillars of your Company, and there are many more like them in the company.

Helpful friendly staff. Not my usual store but I would go there again. Easy parking.

I Got a can of coke from here and it was filled to the top completely. Worth every cent. Can serial number is 9 300675001410. Whatever person or robot made that needs a promotion bad. Love cuzzys

Woolworths Toongabbie never disappoints. There is always plenty of stock with a good range. The shop is easy to navigate, clean and welcoming. The staff are always ready to assist as needed. My favourite is the clearance shelf! Recommended!

I am changing my rating to 5 based on past 6 months experience. Covid rules always followed, there is enough stock of specials, easy to navigate with in the store and parking is always available.

Nicely located woolworths. Ample parking even if street parkings are not there. Always goes to get high fat milk. All products are usually in stock when compared to other woolworths

Good parking if you don't mind dodging concrete pillars. Excellent produce and meat departments. Great service area now that the store front has been refurbished.

Parking is great off peak on peak is a small delay but the bays are generous. Park here for all the surrounding streets and shops as there's really not much off street around so parking with in the centre is best.

Very professional service by a New Zealand staff member Jamie, she was very wise in her advice and prompt to help and go above and beyond. Wonderful asset to your organisation with the amount of respect she shows in her work.

Super, each staff member,only to pleased to assist. I am in a wheelchair and shopping is very difficult sometimes, however at my Toongabbie Woolies, I have a great time.
