My experience has been online ordering is easy. Phone ordering just as good. They give truthful delivery times, it may be a bit longer than some others but if you plan ahead it all works out. Delivery arrived as notified. Best of all if they say it's in stock I haven't gone wrong yet with Wine Square. Some retailers take your money and at times you are waiting for them to receive a shipment from the importer, which may not have landed the wine yet. All in all good service. Thanks Wine Square.

In many cases winesquare cannot be beaten and Rosa's service has been 1st class - very responsive, flexible delivery and able to make informed suggestions based on my taste and preferences. I have spent of $50k across 25+ orders and they have never missed a beat. The best thing is access to some rare and sought after wines that other retailers don't seem to pass on or have at inflated prices. Recommended.

I just wanted to let you know how great the service was from Elliot today delivering our wine. He'd called me a couple of times which I missed in meetings to let me know that he'd knocked on the door and as our note says to leave the wine behind the bins, he thought as it was raining quite hard he felt bad leaving it there. He doubled back and I let my wife know he was coming and he delivered the wine and sent me a message to let me know it was delivered.
Just wanted to pass on our thanks and appreciation of Elliot and the great service he offered us.

Denis has been fantastic. I ordered some rare wine and they weren't able to get it in from the winery. He promptly returned my money including delivery and kept in touch personally then contacted me to let me know that some had arrived. I couldn't be happier with the service and the follow up.
