My wife and I had breakfast here. The staff were all welcoming and friendly and it was great to see the proprietor mentoring her new staff.
We had bacon and egg rolls with avocado and the home made tomato sauce. The bacon was nice and crispy and the sauce was so good we got a jar to take home. My wife really enjoyed her weak latte.

I love it when i choose a good one. .
Don't come through here often, and wanted to sit on the water - so dropped in for a B&E roll and a coffee takeaway - both were excellent.
The cafe atmosphere was great and would have been happy to eat in, but i had a date with brush turkey by the water 😉.

We dined in, and I have to say, our meal was every bit as good as it looked.
The service was great, quick and friendly.
I would recommend the Brooklyn Corner Café with no hesitation.

Fantastic little Cafe. Great food and coffee, with some delicious cakes and tarts. Hosts Lucinda and Angus are most welcoming and boy can they sing!! We will be back.

Our first time in Brooklyn, my son pointed out this cosy cafe with cute pink door. We sat & chilled for an hour. The coffee was perfect (nice & hot) and the range of delicious, fresh pastries was impressive.

I've since been back many times for coffee and the owner Lucinda's welcoming smile & banter is a great way to start the morning. Thank you.

Highly recommended! Well worth a try if you are in the area or thinking of visiting.

A highlight of our week long visit to Brooklyn with family. An amazing place to have early morning coffee and breakfast!
Coffee was outstanding, food delicious and it took a day for Lucinda to remember our regular order.
Such a welcoming atmosphere too where you get a chance to meet the locals and their doggies as well.
We would travel any distance to visit again.

If you're in Brooklyn this is the place to go to, or even if you're driving north or south on the freeway, take a short detour and stop here - food, coffee, and service are excellent. All home made cakes and lovely food. Every once in a while you may be lucky enough to see the unofficial mascots - Bambi, Roxy, and Baby Dee - visiting the cafe. Ask for the Bambi Burger....

Very happy to find this great little gem in Brooklyn. The avocado toast and the pastries exceeded expectation by much. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Brooklyn. Cheers.

I only do Decaf, so my expectations are never high for coffee. My first coffee here was so good (best in memory) I've come back for more in my East Coast travels most times. It's at least 5 minutes off the highway on a small windy (cute) road but there's a nice headland walk to get your circulation restarted. If you do like to walk instead of sit in this quaint little cafe, while you sip your hot new favourite, check out the neaby Riverside bathing enclosure - only for competent swimmers as it's not shallow. This Cafe is small, not a franchise, frequented by a regular steam of locals, many out walking with dogs or friends. And they do pastries, and cakes. I've never had time to eat there, sorry.

Stopped by here on a wet Easter Monday morning with low expectations and boy was I wrong! The coffee was superb, the pastry and quiche were DELICIOUS and such amazing quality. The staff were so friendly to my dog ... i'm not local but moor my boat here and will definitely stop in on my way through next time!

Would recommend for Sydneyites catching up with (Central) Coasties.

Came here for a work meeting and the ambiance made the task easier. You don’t often get the warmth with which Ben and his colleague served us. And they obviously have a love for offering good food.

The quiche with bacon and vegetables had the right texture and not too much pastry. The brownie was delicate with some nuts (walnuts?) on the inside. And my colleague enjoyed each coffee.

Thank you!

Hope to get back there soon.

Casual cafe with comfy outdoor and indoor seating, great coffee and baked goods.
Especially liked the giant date scones served with jam and cream.

We ended up having breakfast every day of our stay in town, this place is very friendly with locals at a nearby table ready to have a chat if you are open to it, but not imposing if you're not.

Came across this cafe purely by chance and a what find. With its great selection of freshly baked on site scones and cakes together with Toby Estate coffee all served by very cheerful and friendly staff, it is well worth stopping in.
