Dr Rubina and the reception staff (Jasleen) is so kind and helpful. If anyone in need of urgent attention they are the ones who attend you on urgent basis, they will treat you the best and will not neglect anything. I’m visiting them from many years and I’m extremely happy with the way they are providing medical services. It is one of the best medical centre in all the ways.

Pathology taken by Bina is always very helpful with me, she remembers she has problems finding a vein and preps me accordingly.

I have been going here for the blood tests and I am extremely scared and have phobia for needles.
However, nurse Bina is so fantastic and extremely calm with me that I only go and get the test done from her. I do not go to any other laboratory for the test as nurse Bina knows how exactly to handle my situation. Within seconds the test was done!!

Saw Dr Tanya Wong and she was great. Very kind and thorough. Then got my blood drawn by Bina who was great too. Usually nurses struggle to find my vein but Bina found it first go no problem!

It was my first time coming here today and I had good experience with the Receptionist, Dr. Rubina Farhan and the Pathalogist or Nurse name Bina. Except one thing that is I had to wait for 1 hour. But I wasn't in rush. Next time I might need to bring a book with me.

Dr Rubina is more than a GP, she is a kind, gentle, caring and extremely thorough in all our visits to her practice. We have followed and tracked her down to her current practice and drive for 1 hr 15min each way because we know our health is in good hands. I cannot give enough praise to our GP, she deserves more than 5 stars. Thanks for everything over the last 15 yrs :)

Had my blood test this morning, very very good every time I go to get my bloods done, pathology lady is very pleasant makes you feel at ease,also Dr Abraham is best doctor all ways makes time to see me especially re my eyes problems, thank you to all the staff there always very helpful 💖

I always go to Bina for blood tests, she is very quick and always gets the vein first go! Highly recommend if you have hard to get veins
