Bathroom sales Direct were easy to deal with and provided good product choice. Delivery was reasonable although I would say it was fast - I ordered just before Anzac Day and my bath tub arrived on 6th May to Lake Macquarie. I am happy with these guys and I would use them again. Of note, is that the delivery driver was competent in driving down the steep driveway in the rain. I’ve had others who were not confident to do this.

I stumbled across Bathroom Sales Direct while researching online for bathroom sinks. I was unsure at first because of how affordable the prices are... after further consideration, I decided to place my order and it was the best decision ever made!! The staff at Bathroom Sales Direct were wonderful. I made an online order (with great savings!!) and when time to collect I was in hospital. My husband rang and explained the situation and they were compassionate and happy to hold our products longer. My father in law ended up picking up my order and everyone knew to expect him and not my husband who was named on the order. They were friendly, kind and insisted on taking everything to his car. We waited a few weeks for our new tap for kitchen sink, when this item arrived our plumber discovered immediately the item was broken , emailed Bathroom direct at approximately 6pm they immediately replied with a new replacement Tap delivered express arriving in regional NSW within 2 days! I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of communication and customer service. The products were packaged and shipped quickly (still waiting on one item which was not in stock) but I have been kept informed on what’s happening which I really appreciate.

Order of two bathroom wash basins was very easy to place and at a great price. Initially there was a hiccup with the dispatch, but when contacted, Bathroom Sales Direct customer service were beyond helpful and the order arrived within 3 days. Very very happy customer here.
