Bunnings Smithfield

Rang Bunnings Smithfield & spoke with Mel regarding indoor plants for pots I had purchased elsewhere, she was extremely helpful.
She said Denise was the Bees Knees (pardon the pun) when it came to plants & would be back to work Sunday.
I am so glad I waited for Denise, what a treasure. The time & service she gave choosing the right plants that would fit in my pots & also the height for my plant stand was absolutely unbelievable.
It is so refreshing to receive this outstanding service today as some retailers will not give you the time of day.
I can't speak highly enough of these two lovely ladies. Well done Mel & Denise you are an asset to Bunnings

Her name is Mely She shows dedication loyalty and has a Skill to please customers every time she works. Her generosity for her customers is second to none. This worker is one of the best customer service orientated person me and my wife Come across, she should be rewarded on her diligence, loyalty and customer service. Mely is the best employe On site. We love the atmosphere at Smithfield Bunnings when she is on the coffees She makes it beautiful and to perfection I hope this message gets back to management to praise her on a job. Very nice and friendly staff. In half an hour or so 3 to 4 different staff asked us in case we need any help. Huge hardware store with ample to variety for all hardware related necessity. Their return policy is also very flexible as we had to return the product we got but no hassle in refund.

Bunnings is good because if I'm looking for any particular item I only have to go on to the website and into that particular store and the item location and bay is also given making finding products so much easier then trying to navigate by eye

During my visit to this Bunnings store on a Sunday, I noticed that most of the staff gave short and unhelpful responses when I asked for assistance. However, I didn't give up and decided to make one more attempt before leaving. I approached a staff member named Nina, and to my surprise, she was incredibly helpful compared to the others. Unlike her colleagues, Nina honestly admitted that she had limited knowledge in plumbing and went out of her way to find a gentleman who could assist me. Not only did she provide support during my visit, but as I was leaving, she made sure I had everything I needed. Nina's exceptional customer service stood out and made my experience much better.

I was in Bunnings Smithfield on Tuesday night and was greeted by Bianca, a paints team member. She was so easy going and very helpful! I was asking opinions on a few colours and she was trying to give me all her attention but the poor thing was serving 5 people at once. She would constantly say “thank you for your patience” after serving a customer and would check on me which I really appreciated! She reminded calm and collected in a stressful situation.

I returned on Friday to collect my chosen paint colours and was happy to see Bianca was on, with a few more team members. I highly recommend Bianca for paint advice!

Staff is awesome! They will help you in searching & find right product as your desire.

The staffs are so polite and helpful especially Souraj ( not sure if i spelled it right). Even though he was very busy i told him i was in a rush and he helped me find me the item and that really made my day. He left quickly after finding me the item and couldn’t thank him at that moment. Need a quiet place to shop always stock wiyh what you need... this is the best place yo grab it when others run out... they say, "the staff loves working here"... mmm because of the limited friendly customers...

Had a DIY project and Marc was wonderfully helpful putting my vision together.
I am not very well-versed but he was very understanding and guided me through from plumbing to mounting what I needed.

Received help from Fadi to design and order overhead Kaboodle cabinets and a custom open shelf. I was really impressed. I visited 3 other Bunnings stores in the surrounding area and none were as helpful. I have received follow up calls on my order and even though the lead time is longer than expected, the customer service imo makes up for that.

In general, Bunnings usually has what I need for home maintenance, tools, home DIY, garden and hardware.

It was a good experience shopping there. Staff were very friendly. I still remember one of the staff named Suraj who was very polite while answering my questions. I will recommend this place and will be happy to visit there in future too.

I can put my finger on why this Bunnings doesn’t get top vote from me Alexandria still shines bright for me (even though they suck at aftersales customer service)

Joseph and manny are absolute legends they helped me out ALOT very mannered and I will be coming back a lot as I’m a business owner who deals with timber on the daily once again thanks manny and Joseph you legends from Fadi and moe

Lucia from the gardening/horticultural department has always been so helpful, insightful, educational and lovely. Always helps me with any plant needs and if help is needed in other departments of the store she happily assists me finding other employees. I enjoy coming to this store alot more when Lucia is working 🥰

Went today for Father's Day at Bunnings Smithfield. Very well organised, lots of activities for kids. 2 hours well spent. Lots of free stuff.
