I ordered Indian groceries from Radhe. I was not sure if they deliver on north shore, but they do!😊 ordering and delivery tracking was super easy. An email with details as to change in price and unavailable items was very handy. Very good experience overall, will surely order again👍

great service, since I started using online delivery from Radhe, I have not gone to shop for more than a year :) saved so much time and energy. Its easy to order via app and they are kind enough to replace or return/refund any damaged item also if the item you ordered is not available they give you a call to check if you are okay with any other substitute. I am happy with their services and using online delivery for more than a year now.

Delivery and the driver were professional and efficient. Loved that he called before arrival and the goods were not damaged. Definitely using them again.

Excellent service and great prices. SO much better than the big supermarket chains: easy to order, easy to add forgotten items later.
(I found this excellent shop whilst studying for exams; complaining to myself that the big two supermarket chains are so exxy and never have anything I want, anyway, and there should be a way to get delicious exam dinners and snacks and vegetables and essentials delivered, and feeling sad that there's not an Indian supermarket near me.... And then I googled. This is life changing!!!)

I made my first online purchase and absolutely love the fact that they delivered everything on time. All the products are well within the expiry date. The vegetables are quite fresh, but could be better. Cold consumables were still pretty cold when I received my order, so that was a good thing.

The whole process of ordering and delivery,

They asked about my well-being. If the item is unavailable, they will call whether you need any replacement. Without our consent they will add any replacement. This is a good thing.

There are many retailers who sells/delivers groceries, what makes Radhe stand unique is the quality of their products and their customer service wrt refunds/exchanges. The veggies they deliver are the freshest and pricing is great!!
