3rd time I've used Air Road Direct to ship boxes from Sydney's east to Perth & the process has been amazing.
Booked job (online) Friday night, boxes collected Monday morning & delivered to the other side of the country Thursday afternoon!
I know there are some negative reviews on here but I've got nothing but praise for these guys - well done :)

After reading horror stories and bad reviews for every other freight company, Air Road seemed too good to be true. Luckily, the entire process was absolutely perfect. Fast responses to email questions before booking, ETA over the phone on the day of pick up and then the driver called an hour before he made the delivery to ensure I was home. 200kg of personal items from Brisbane to Melbourne in 2 business days, for less than I paid for my excess luggage on the flight. Brilliant company, lovely drivers and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Recently made a booking for 5 large boxes of things about 30KG each to be shipped from my place in Sydney to a place in Adelaide. Was surprisingly a very cheap and affordable price.

Booking confirmation was quick, and Online quote system was accurate. They arrived exactly on the day I scheduled for which was a Thursday and called me on my mobile to let me know they had come to pick up the boxes on the day. They gave me a receipt which specified it was guaranteed to arrive at destination by Monday, and to my surprise I received a call on the Monday morning to confirm that they were there to drop off the things in Adelaide.

Honestly, could not ask for a better service and experience. I was a bit hesitant to go with them at first since it was hard to find any reviews, but a friend referred them to me saying he also had a good experience. So I tried them, and it was the best. Highly recommended, and will not hesitate to use them again!!! A+++

Just want to say "Thank you" to the delivery guy that delivered my stuff yesterday. He was polite, thoughtful and considerate, despite obviously being busy and having a lot of deliveries to make. Appreciate the work of delivery drivers and what they do.

Though pricier than some of the other courier companies, their service and reliability are a lot better. I've used them for dozens of deliveries and haven't had a single customer complain about damaged goods. Calling their service line usually results in an actual person answering the call straightaway. No 20 minute wait time like some other courier companies.

Was not expecting the HIGH level of customer service that I received from this company. Professional courtesy fom the nice office lady all the way to the charming driver, my package arrived on time and intact, to a difficult 2024 Eastern Suburbs address that many couriers fail to deliver too.

AirRoad Direct are not only awesome, they actually work out to be a lower cost than carriers such as TransDirect with the full loyalty discount applied. Completely reliable, completely professional. Nothing to worry about. Their same day service is also great value for a small extra fee.

I have been sending freight with Air road express now for about 18 months, pickups are always on the day booked, and shipment arrive most often on time. The big difference between this company and other lower cost couriers is that the goods arrive undamaged. On a few occasions I have needed help with oddball unusual requests and it is fantastic to talk to someone here in Australia that is helpful, takes ownership of any issues or on the odd occasion where my suppliers or I have made a "STUFF-UP" they have been able to help. The contact phone numbers are always manned during business hours, and their vast knowledge of the transport industry has helped me on more than one occasion. I have to give this company 6 out of 5 stars. Their biggest asset is the people that work for them.

Great service ... every time!
AirRoad Direct really understand small home-based businesses like mine.
I regularly need small shipments from interstate - a few cartons at a time.
They pick up and drop off at the door, overnight, even when no-one is home.
... and the drivers do it all with a smile.

Air Road is an exemplary service! I have used and been abused by all of the major shippers who just can't seem to do the job without loosing shipments, damaging items or just not showing up at all. AirRoad has returned shipping certainty to my business. We have identified shipping as one of the biggest risks for our business, and we have mitigated it by changing all of our domestic shipments to AirRoad. Absolute reliability. I cannot rave enough about Air Road direct and the service they provide to us. Our freight can be large and cumbersome, but the handlers and drivers always manage to deliver safely. We have tried many freight companies and are so grateful to have found Air Road and their caring and personal service. Maria at customer service is always so helpful and will go out of her way to organise the logistics in all situations. She is always a pleasure to talk to as we know she will do what she can to provide us and our customers with the service needed, therefore ensuring our brand name. Airroad is about the only option if you want sensitive freight moved reliably in Australia.
They are religious about squeezing every penny in excess kg charges, but they never break anything and are very reliable. Huge tightasses when it comes to excess charges, but perfect for delivering goods when they have to be on time and in one piece.

I have been using Airroad Direct for the past 6 years and there service has been outstanding, great customer support and speedy delivery. I would also like to thank Maria for her outstanding cutomer service and support.

You guys (and ladies) are great! Very happy with the affordable and reliable service. The support is very good too on the odd occasion when late changes have been made by customers.
