GLUE STORE OUTLET - Red Yard Auburn

Great shop, always love glue, wide selection of brands. Just wish they built another outlet closer to Campbelltown.

Had a very pleasant encounter with a very nice employee whose name i believe is Shankalita. Was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me find shoes for my abnormally large feet. Other employees simply told me that we did not have that size available however she did the absolute best she could and I appreciate the time and effort she put in.

Matt outstanding service he go above and beyond service every time I shop he always tells me what deals and very helpful . The best manager in town telling u . Mat u rock mate !

The store here is huge. There is a lot of clothing and accessories here (but I think it’s actually hard to find something you like as it is mostly the stuff that doesn’t sell). Everything is arranged by what it is (tops, jackets, shorts, jeans/pants, dresses). There are six change rooms (three for the women’s side and three for the men’s), just curtains and a small area for changing. They also had some activewear, which was really interesting to me!!

What I really liked about this store was the service. The girl at the front was very friendly- she explained how the outlet worked, and welcomed any questions. She’s probably the reason why I’d rate this store a 4/5 and not a 3!

If you seek an extensive assortment of men's apparel, this establishment may not align with your preferences, as approximately 85% of their inventory consists of women's clothing. Also being a size small in men’s, the options were even more limited as most things available were of the larger size. It is advisable to consider bypassing this establishment if you happen to be in the vicinity. Prior to embarking on a two-hour journey utilizing public transportation, I made an attempt to contact them in advance to inquire about the availability of men's attire; regrettably, my efforts yielded no response, and in retrospect, the investment of my time in this endeavor proved to be unwarranted.

Worst customer service ever! White girl fixing shoes was very rude to my mother and inconsiderate her replies were very dry and rude. She was not helpful at all compared to all the other employees. What is the point of working there if you are not going to at least help customers and show a tiny bit of customer service. She doesn’t smile and walks around moody. It’s very rude and impolite I will not be coming back here again…. you have lost a customer. Although that was bad girl in hijab was very nice though helped me find the right shoes I was looking for and even complimented my hair. I was very satisfied after finding someone that knows how to treat customers with respect and dignity. White girl can learn something from her…!!!

Incompetent staff from this store sent me jeans with the security tag still on. Train your staff, waste of my time and money.
