Sony Store - Parramatta

Shoutout to Ryan for the best shopping experience I've had in a very long time! He was incredibly patient and thorough in answering my questions and it was clear his only agenda was to help me. He price matched the cheapest online prices for all the items I bought so I got a great deal. Really enjoyed our conversations with Josh too about travel - very genuine people.

Josh: This person is amazing. He helped me to get the best deal for my A to E converter. He price matched with retailers and got me the adapter for little less than what i searched on the internet.

Any other person would have sold me for the price i had in my search but he went beyond and gave me best deal. This honesty is worth praising for and this will make me buy products directly from this store in future for sure.

Not only that he gave his professional advice and suggested and made me try some lenses for my ZV e10 camera that helped me quite a lot. When we do online buy based on youtube videos and knowledge articles , we miss the actual trying on part. How does it feel to actually handling the camera or lenses. This is the most important part.

Walking into the store and having such a warm person helps to make very good decision. He was calm, helpful and answered all my queries nicely. Thanks a ton Sony for employing such a great staff. I know your products are great but You surely gonna get more business due to such warm welcome. Thanks again.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, but not overly pushy.
Came away with a lot more knowledge about making a decisive purchase in the future.

Josh : Real Professional
I went it today and asked for help regarding some lenses. Josh (asked his name later) first asked me about what if I need help and once I gave him a short description of what I had in mind, he asked me to wait. A few seconds later he came back and told me it can take 10-15 minutes before he can get back to me for better help, which I really admired because it reflected his respect for my time. He the. Offered me if I want to go grab a coffee and come back. I decided to come back in the afternoon as I was actually in a bit of hurry too. Overall, Josh is a true professional who seems very patient and understanding.

Max: Real helper
I went back in the afternoon where I was approached by Max the who offered his assistance. I asked for a zoom lens to try out. He offered a suitable lens to try and instantly put it in the camera for me to try. i found max a very respectful and humble professional. He knew exactly how much to talk so that I would not feel uncomfortable (in silence) nor did it make me feel I am being lectured about basics of using a camera or lens. It seemed as if he knew exactly what information is going to be important or new to me and he would only tell those in the right time. He was very quick in helping me finalising my purchase as well and I don’t think I spent more than 7 minutes in-store in the afternoon.

In summary, these two are legends who made my day. Sony may be terrible at picking names for its products, but its are really good at finding good people to work with it.

Recently purchased a camera in this store and received excellent customer service from Ryan. I’m pleasantly surprised by the experience in this store each time I go in for a new lens or accessory - Ryan and the other staff I’ve come across are knowledgeable and helpful, happy to price match, and let you try before you buy :-)

Visited Sony Store in Westfield Parramatta a couple of days ago and this store executive named Max was a great help. He helped me in selecting the right product based on my current budget. The product advised by him is XB-400 and it sounds amazing. He spent a lot of time in understanding my requirement, explaining all possible options within my budget and a slightly above my budget and thereby finally, selecting the right product for me. Max is very knowledgeable and he actually cared to patiently listen to what I said. I wish him luck for his career and life in general. Thanks Max

They fixed difficulties with my 5-6 yo MDR 1000X Sony headphones.

I went to the Sony Kiosk here and was served by a really sweet guy called Dennis. Dennis has amazing conversational skills and throughout the entire transaction there were no awkward silences. Dennis has incredible and extensive product knowledge and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. He is an asset to this company and should be highly valued as a consultant. A big thank you to Dennis for his service! I will definitely be coming back to him and recommend him highly to my friends and family.

I'd had wonderful service from this store via the phone so I thought I'd call in personally when I was in Sydney. SONY has excellent items in all their various electronic options (sound , vision etc) and are hard to beat for quality. I particularly was helped regarding their range of SONY lenses for my SONY Alpha camera.

The service from Alejandro and Harry was excellent. They made our product decision very easy with their product knowledge confirming the right choice of TV. Have also purchased on other occasions and the experience was equally positive hence our re visit.

I have never received better service in my life, I brought 2 high end Sony cameras and never felt more comfortable about my purchase. Brad along with his colleagues showed mind blowing knowledge about their products, I will certainly be back soon and recommend for anyone wishing to purchase anything electrical 👍🏽

Dealt with Alejandro as my wife and I bought a PS4 Pro. Alejandro and all the staff were incredibly courteous, kind, insightful and helpful from the time we walked through the doors of their new store to when we completed our purchase. And when an issue arose with their systems, they offered us a gift bag full of all amazing stuff! I cannot recommend this place enough! A++

You want Sony gear. This is where you go. Staff are incredibly nice, and, they will price match any real genuine retailer. There's nothing quite like getting the best price on Sony year, at the actual Sony store.

That, plus the fact that they often have some of the more obscure a niche equipment in stock.

I cannot recommend this store highly enough for purchasing anything with this particular brand.

I rarely write any reviews but the level of customer service and experience was great! thanks to the knowledgable staff. Ended purchasing a Sony A7III with lense. The girls are very patient giving insightful information about photography and lense, provided honest opinions about their products with the pros and cons against competitors brand. Also got to learn new photography tricks as well! They price matched and gave us the best deals on our camera and lense. Would highly recommend and definitely be becoming back here for more support and purchase! Thanks again for todays purchase!
