I’m so grateful that I stumbled across Piaf’s via a Google search one year ago!! I’ve seen Neeta every month since then and I’m confident she is the best beauty specialist I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many). She has the best waxing technique, her prices are super reasonable and she’s also a genuine & beautiful person. I’m a customer for life now. Thank you so much for fixing my eyebrows so that they are growing evenly for the first time in 15 years.

I recently moved to Parramatta and needed a quick trim, googled beauty places closest to me and sorted via Top Rated. So glad I did! I found Piafs and Neeta made sure I found her salon, provided great suggestions for eyebrow growth and hair styling and has the best prices. Will definitely go again and highly recommend others to! I had an amazing first experience here, I got almost a full body wax here for so cheap - other places probably charge 2-3 times more for the same service! They were so nice and attentive I'm mad that I didn't discover this place earlier!

I have known Neeta for over 20 years, she is professional, courteous, empathetic and generous. I recently revisited Parramatta and Neeta. Of course I came to her shop to have my hair styled and legs waxed. Magically my leg hair hasn’t grown back and it’s been 8 weeks :):)

Neeta is a very professional, accommodating and friendly person. When I started going to her it was to try an eyelash tint. She gently suggested I might like my “fluffy” and almost non-existent eyebrows waxed and I haven’t looked back since! It takes time but my eyebrows are thickening up and taking shape nicely. Neeta also cares about community which can be evidenced by her willingness to be involved in the annual ‘Homewares Christmas Drive’ for families affected by domestic violence. I highly recommend Neeta for all your beauty needs.

I would kill and die for Anita (the owner of Piafs). She is one of the best beauticians I've ever gone to, yes, but also she's one of the nicest people I've ever met. 10/10 would recommend!

Anita is fantastic. She always makes time for me, and she makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. I also have really sensitive skin and this is the only place where I don't react to the wax.

Neeta is lovely and friendly and resonably priced, it has been my go to place for a haircut, but decided to have a facial and i came away feeling relaxed and slept well that night
