Service has improved significantly with new operators. No longer are the queues out the door. The step and door are difficult for some elderly customers and would be impossible for people in wheelchairs.

Unorganised, rude, and obnoxious. Seems like any enquiry, even as small as finding a package delivered to this LPO is the world's biggest hassle. Only open weekdays, and unable to redeliver, meaning you have to take time off work or work from home to collect a parcel. Threatens to send back to sender if not collected in time. For years I have had to put up with this place.

Not very helpful At all Closed by Saturday if the people very busy of rest the weeks and closed by 5pm MWF 9am 5 pm even Thursday 5pm ,it should be late a bit 5:30 pr Saturday 10 to 4pm ..
