Kennedys Boutique

I watched one of Nat Angel's try ons for Kennedys Boutique and had to have the fabulous Cool Blue Denim Jacket. Unfortunately it had sold out and I had to go on a wait list for when it came back in. I managed to snap one up but my discount Nat code had expired. I asked if this could be honoured and to my great surprise it was! Thank you Kennedys for your amazing customer service, I absolutely love my denim jacket!

I am another customer who has experienced the bullying from Kennedy's. In support of the two women whose reviews I just read. I experienced the same. The ethics of this business are shocking. PLEASE LADIES stand up for your rights as a customer.

I purchased a pair of pants in a size M. When they arrived i took them out and thought what the .............. They were enormous and nothing like the picture. I packaged them up to return them. Thats when Kennedy's true colours came through.

In order to return the pants I had to email Kennedy's to get permission. I then recieved an email from Rebecca Field the business manager. She said I could return them, but I wasnt entitled to a refund only a credit. The reason being "I used a discount code from TryBeforeYouBuy try on video.". Immediately I replied and stated "The pants were not on sale, they cost $138.00 and the sizing was way off as well as the quality". I then went on to the ACCC Site and it states "if an item is returned because of it not looking like the picture, the quality is poor" We are entitled to a refund by which we paid for it eg: afterpay, zip, credit card etc.

After sending another email stating my rights I was suddenly given the silent treatment by Ms Field.

By the way their policy giving the customer 3 days from signing for it at the post office to returns ridiculous as well. Not everyone lives in suburbia. I live on a farm in a rural area. The ACCC states the length of time should be between 15-30 days.

Same as the other reviewer shocking returns policy on influencer marketing. I eventually got my refund after advising of Australian Consumer law and they charged me an extra $10 . That’s okay I will NEVER make this mistake again ! Unethical!
