Coles Oatley West

Great smallish coles for the locals. Clean and tidy that has more than the basics required.

Staff are really lovely and helpful, always, cant fault them, some of the nicest supermarket staff I have encountered anywhere, seem genuinely happy to help the customers. Parking is a bit scary with the constant dumping of cars in the carpark, but that is no fault of the supermarket itself.

Great local supermarket, the staff have done their best during these challenging times, sometimes produce is scarce but I know they are doing what they can.
The deli staff are amazing, always polite, happy and eager to please whatever my requirements. Always fresh!!! Good job 👍🏻

Lisa in the Deli section is so lovely & friendly. She brings a smile to my face every time I visit Coles Oatley West.

I always go late to shops because of work and training. I usually go Hurtsville but Oatley has great customer service, even when a staff member was off shift she was still courteous.

One thing which could be improved is the produce. It's a small store but the produce wasn't as fresh and were half filled. 5 stars purely because of customer service.

STAFF are SUPERB!
I have shopped at Oatley West Coles for the last 4 years and have gotten to know lots of the staff who are always courteous, friendly and helpful!
The Checkout people always say hello and never interact with the Surly, arrogant ,an attitude packed annoyance that JB STAFF do!
If you want to see how not to provide customer service go to any JB Hifi and not only try to find a staff member but do the unthinkable and ask them a question! OMG - Its like talking to unhinged and unmedicated psychiatric patents!!!!
COLES Oatley is fabulous , many occasions I have inquired about fruit or deli products and its never to much trouble for them to go and check in the back room!
I found them to be totally FAB during the pandemic!

In terms of the previous contributors comments regarding stock the only short fall I've experienced there was when we experiebced the-

Parking was easy, shopping was even easier and staff were on point. 10/10 love that shop and will definitely go back to shop there.

Friendly service, decent range for the small size of the store, lots of parking, easily accessible as it's not in a busy place. Easier than alternatives like Mortdale and Riverwood.

Had a problem with a cosmetic item purcased some months ago.
Kellie was happy to help and arranged a replacement.
Good service.

Small but has everything! Not too busy!! Car park down stairs- not far to walk to shop.

Love the fact Coles is the only deli to stock primo bacon the far superior of all bacons
