Customer Service Is not good enough as the man on customer service counter was using his phone even he was not saying hello or hi.

I had a really bad experience at 7/11 with Akash. His customer service was awful and he was really rude. I just wanted to vent about it and let you know what happened. It was a pretty terrible overall experience and it's not the 1st time many times we have noticed him behave very badly with others also as he has no respect for any age or women. we never had such an experience in any other 7/11 before so definitely next time we will choose to go to the other 7/11 around.

This is not about staff or customer service. Been living in this area for nearly 13 years. Have noticed since last few years somehow price of this particular store for fuel is always high!
Is this postcode racism or what? I thought the owner is doing this, he mentioned it’s not in his hand!!! And not by few cents, it’s 48 cents high today compared to seven hills store. This is ridiculous! Drove to Pendle hill, same is happening there too.
I hate to go outside 7Eleven for fuels. But finally looking into other options today. Whatever your inner reasons could, keep prices similar in at least all 7 Elevens! On 25 litres of fuel, nearly lost $13 !

Today evening I buy coffee in the pump but pump employee tooo rude . 1 guys I think so that he is near 30 years old and slim .He is always rude it’s not my 1 experience. He is always talk too rude and he don’t know what the meaning of customer service? Please take the action about this type

One of the most pathetic 7 eleven you can visit ever with worst customer service. An employee claiming he was the boss raged after my sons and I just normally bought 3 slushies this afternoon. He asked for more money after we payed a fifty dollar bill, and randomly accused us for supposedly not doing the right thing like as if we were stealing from the store so when I tried getting evidence to prove myself innocent he forced us Fxxk out of the store and started taking unwanted photos.

Evening staff is very rude. OWNER/7 ELEVEN PLEASE TEACH/TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER. TEACH THEM BASICS THINGS IF THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO GREET SOMEONE. PATHETIC.

One of the most pathetic 7 eleven you can visit ever with worst customer service. Team members are always on phone with no greetings to customer to at all. Doesn’t say hi/hello/thanks to customer. When you ask for receipt start making arrogant faces with anger.
Should avoid visiting at all. Team members without basic manners and can’t expect more from them. Coffee machine always dirty with spilled coffee and water.
